If you want quality oils, this is the place. The oils are expensive (as is the shipping) but rightly so. But lately the customer service is non existent. I am trying out their extremely expensive wax and I am having a terrible time with it wasting a lot of money in the process. Unfortunately there is no data sheet with this wax, no usage guidance and no help via email. I have reached out via their Facebook group and also getting no help either. It's a shame as it's praised by their users which is why I wanted to make the switch but the non existent CS and info makes me hesitate on purchasing any more.

This company has the best oils on the market....I seriously have never had such fabulous smelling fragrance oils. They have a great selection and I usually end up spoilt for choice and dithering over which ones to get! Delivery is super fast with everything well packaged. Definitely the best candle supply company around.

I’ve used many suppliers for fragrance oils and I have to admit, this company has been my favourite.
The products are fantastic, strong and long lasting. Delivery is fast. Communication is brilliant.
I follow their facebook group (only in the past few months) and it’s great to see the owner communicating with everyone on the group, answering any questions and keeping everyone updated with the latest updates.
I’m very happy I’ve found this supplier and will continue buying their products for the foreseeable.
