Confirmation of my order

Had to look very hard for my confirmation of my order no way of tracking my order page paid £30 and waited 5 days for a message about information my order when I’m getting my straps just wished they had tracking information as well

I viewed the watch strap that I wanted and ordered it from you.
Delivery? very impressive, I think it arrived two days after I ordered it much earlier that I expected. That was excellent.
The product? Is excellent. Good quality leather and nicely made.

Excellent!

Ordered two straps on 21/12/2022 and thought they would take a while to arrive due to Royal Mail strikes, Christmas etc. Straps arrived today so very happy. Really impressed with the price and will definitely think about buying again. Excellent service - thank you

Was asked to reach out to there customer service which I did and surprise surprise,absolutely nothing , have been waiting 2 weeks for my order, no contact from the seller just a basic email when I paid for them.They really aren’t worth buying from, get your straps from somewhere else, just don’t use these guys . They really are Awful

Hi David,

I am sorry for the experience you have had with your order. It is not typical for packages to get lost in transit but unfortunately it does happen from time to time and is a particular risk at this time of year - it may be the case that your package turns up yet, but I appreciate this is not what was promised even despite the warnings of delays on the site.

I stated in response to your email I was willing to send you a replacement ASAP or offer a full refund, and you opted for a refund that has now been processed and should be with you in 3-5 business days. I apologise for your experience, but please do not say you have had no response from customer service when I replied to your original email within 24 hours and your second within 20 minutes with a solution to resolve your issue which has promptly been acted upon.

Great product a little shorter in length than an original strap but good quality, fast delivery and quickly refunded when 1 item was out of stock, Thank you
