Hi I was happy with the service and Elle was great .my only complaint would be that I paid $120 more then if I had of booked directly with the hotel. Little disappointed I guess.

Very helpful and friendly customer service, the only bad point was a ‘booking fee’ was added to my bill which I was not made aware of! Bit sneaky

Good location. Thanks. But about the hotel parking lot. I payed $15.00 for that night. When we come back to the hotel no available car park for us. We park in front of the hotel lobby. Our car nearly tow early morning. Hope hotel management will fix that kind of inconvenience for thier costumer. Thanks anyway. It's a good location.

Great Customer Service
I had a credit from a cancelled trip last year and Mel went above and beyond to help me book something for our re-scheduled trip for this year, not the same place but is lovely.
