I ened up reciving deals that included flights , buffet breakfast daily, plus extras.
For WAY LESS... after I paid through discovery qld ...

Hoping to get something to make discovery holiday deal actually worth it / better.
. as the deals r soooo different and sooo much better value.

. the other deal was WAYYYY BETTER ..

A good deal and a straight forward process would have got 5 Stars except the deal included free membership which doesn’t seem to have happened. The confirmation email also stated a checkout of 11am when the deal said it would be 12pm.

I had spent days scouring the internet for accomodation in the Gold Coast. So many options, so many mixed reviews and in the end we just could not choose! One call to Discover Queensland and my mind was put at ease, they had the local knowledge and could point me in the right direction of accomodation that would suit our family needs! Thank you again!

Was told I will receive the voucher but I haven’t received any and I’m on holidays from today . Very poor service and I’m so unhappy

I needed to alter the booking I had made, initially it was difficult to contact a customer service officer over the phone and I had to leave my name and number. I also sent an email, as suggested in their message. However my experience became very positive when I received a call from customer service, they were incredibly accomodating and went out of their way to assist me.

Melissa was excellent very helpful and found us accommodation to suit our family and saved us money.
