Absolutely fantastic service
Absolutely fantastic service. I did not know this quality of Customer Relations was still around. Logan was extremely helpful, polite & his knowledge of the properties was quite outstanding. We travel to Qld often and have never used Discover Queensland, but certainly will in the future. Also got a great deal.

I Rang To Check The Dates Of Our Booking And They Were A Day Out - Booking Into Mantra Gold Coast On The Monday & Out On The Thursday - So I Rang To Advise We Said In On The Tuesday And Out On The Friday - No Problems All Fixed And I Received A Prompt E-Mail From Mel To Confirm The Dates And All Good - I Rang Mantra And They Confirmed The Dates - Many Thanks For The Team Effort !!!!!!!! Advertised at $224 but cost ended up…
Advertised at $224 but cost ended up being $270. This was mid-week and not peak period.call centrenotopen to discuss therefore booked at the higher rate. I don't understand how you can Advertise at a certproce but when you go through yhe booking process nothing comes up at this price.
