Customer service is wonderful! I received my order and received an unexpected free gift and a handwritten thank you. Notified throughout the shipping process and I’m excited to order with them again .

Real slow shipping process

Real slow shipping process. Placed an order on Thursday, 8am EST. Label was created on Saturday and it was finally delivered to USPS on Monday @ 8pm. Standard shipping is $15.. $15 shipping for 2 vials through USPS.. and my ETA is Friday.

Probably dont order if you care about your time. Let's just hope the quality is there and nothing is damaged on arrival.

*delivery adjusted and product will be received today. Wish I could rate 3.75, will adjust to 4.*

I have been using Disguised Research…

I have been using Disguised Research for the past several months. I have had nothing but a positive experience. They have a variety of products, and have fast shipping. Their inventory is sometimes limited so you do have to order quickly if you know what you want.
They now accept credit cards which makes the order processing easy. A great company to work with.

My most sincere apologies for the slow shipping. The time this review was written was right as we were upgrading our facilities, and we did email out regarding the slower then usual processing times.

Highly recommend

Highly recommend! I have placed multiple orders and received them as promised. Great customer service. I had a minor issue with an order it was resolved instantly. Quality products! I have used them for the past six months and have seen excellent results. Great Company.
