disapointed
One Came broken and used on not strong air flow when turned on,-another broke when turning on and fan part got push in and couldn't get off to sort it out.
X2 came wrong colour, (I chose red but came brown).
Looks very cheaply made.

Broken item recived but replacament sent
I initially received broken items due to inadequate packaging. Although they promptly sent replacements, those arrived damaged as well. On the third attempt, they used bubble wrap, and the items arrived in perfect condition. While their customer service is commendable, they should focus more on improving their packaging.
