Do NOT buy from this company. I was sent the wrong dress plus despite paying extra for ‘faster postage’ it arrived late. It took a few attempts to find the right email address to tell the company. They offered 30% refund! I refused and sent back the dress (it was horrible and poorly made). They received the dress but when I kept on asking for my refund plus postage, they kept saying they hadn’t had it despite me sending the proof.
I have got my money back just recently through my credit card company but not the postage.
If I could click on a minus 5 stars, I would.

Has to be a scam website. Ordered a dress in October 2024 and here we are in January and nothing. Impossible to reach them. So I guess I am out of money and a dress.

Ordered a dress for my son’s wedding . I am DISGUSTED with what I received . I wouldn’t wear the dress to bed. I will for sure be spreading the word that they are scammers

Son unos estafadores, pedi dos prendas en Agosto y es la fecha (enero 2025) que no las envían, me bloquearon de Facebook y solo responden en mail lo mismo ... "la prendas seran enviadas..."
Sugiero que TODOS en FACEBOOK le pongan mala calificación y reporten la pagina

Estafadores, compré dos vestidos 👗 para mi esposa y nada que ver con lo qué muestran, después qué pagué un envío express me llegaron a los dos meses y fueron directamente para la basura,les tiré fotos pero no se como ponerlas las qué vi y las que me enviaron, son unos ladrones

The same photos like was banned Oddprecious where “I bought” 3 dresses. I obtained 2 clothes which were in size for doll in unuseful quality.
I claimed a card payment in my Revolut bank and got money back. Reccomend the same to do it to everybody.

Scammer. Never trusted Chinese company. Return address is China, not England.

He comprado a día 25 de nobiembre 2024 un vestido de fiesta y page in plus de 19€ para que me.llegara en 9 días,pues estamos a día 3 de.enero 2025 y mi pedido jamás llegó,lo he reclamado x activa y x pasiva y nada,todos los días me.responde un maquina exactamente lo mismo

This company can improve by going out of business. The other reviews I have read are on point. If I could, the rating would be -0. This company doesn’t deserve 1 star. The dresses I received were a brown fabric with painted dots. The item described was gold glitter mesh gown, instead I received a brown thin mess, not gown or dress, with painted dots. This company is a FRAUD. IT SHOULD BE BANNED FOR FALSE ADVERTISING. CHEATERS AND LIARS..

I wish I’ve seen the reviews before I ordered on this website…. Absolutely a scam, all goods looks nothing like they advertised…. Very very cheap quality clothes and not worth a penny… waited for a month of delivery and I was gutted to see the cheap products….. I wish I can post the photos here…. Emailed them for a full refund but not heard from them…why are you doing this to your consumers… it’s not fair.

I am giving one star only because in order to leave a review, you must select at least one. In reality I would give them zero. The dress I received after waiting over a month looked absolutely nothing like the one advertised. The quality is extremely poor and see through. It was so flimsy, it was basically sent in an envelope. The sizing is also terrible. It was “on sale” for $37 but isn’t worth 37 cents. I am hoping to hear back from the company so I can be refunded. I wish there was a spot on here to post photos of what I ordered verses what I got. Steer clear of this company.

Worst online shopping experience.
I ordered two dresses two months ago and I am yet to receive them.The items haven't even been shipped. A fraudulent company defrauding people of their hard earned cash.

I placed an order on the divacc.com website for an evening dress. After paying ~$50 and waiting 3 weeks, I received a cloth that I could not even use as a nightgown. Miserable!!! Do not use this site ever!!!

The items that I recieved is way different than the item on their website.
Although it’s written on the website totally refund, they refused to refund it, instead they offered 50%.

Their website said 9 days to receive order. That was October 11. I have tried to get them to cancel the order as it has never shipped. They refuse to cancel it or refund my money. I am making a complaint to Visa for fraud because that’s what this is in my opinion.

Do not buy from divacc. They send items that are fakes. They don’t ship after 30 days. I ordered three dresses and only one shipped and the dress was brown and printed instead of beaded. It looked like a see through swim suit cover up. I ordered a purple beaded dress and they sent me a completely different dress. The other items never shipped. They are sending fake dresses that they pull pictures from other sites. Buyer beware. They are a scam site.
