Really great customer experience. A slight hiccup in delivery, I’d scheduled the delivery date, but didn’t get email/ text confirmation (so forgot). Jump forward to delivery day, I got a call an hour before delivery to remind me and check about delivery, which adds to the great customer service I’ve received. It was an easy delivery to my downstairs hall (as I requested). I had one follow up question about the bars on the ottoman (not connected) about 1 month after delivery and I got a reply within a few hours, I was able to easily attach the bars. Great customer service on the whole!

Dreadful company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, THEY ARE TOTALLY UNRELIABLE, DO NOT DO WHAT THEY PROMISE. I bought an electric bed base and also paid an extra £121 for it to be assembled, packaging taken away and the old base to be taken as well. The couriers did non of these things. We are elderly, disabled and in our 80s. They didn't care], they left the bed base on the landing, refused to take away the old base and went down the stairs and drove away. When I informed the supplier he promised a refund (I am still waiting) and to remove the old base (still waiting). Cannot get hold of them by phone and they do not reply to emails. THEY ARE A DEAD LOSS.

Great sales team, good products, great price, all let down by the delivery team. I wasn’t here to receive the goods due to the team running late, they had good instruction but left almost everything in the wrong rooms so I had to move all of the beds around myself the next morning.

They have me £50 off as an apology which was reviewed with thanks.

My bed arrived 10 days late, it was damaged and not fully assembled so couldn’t use as expected.
On seeking a return and refund I felt I was pressured,coerced and bullied into accepting a replacement.
I feared I would lose all my money and be left with a damaged and unusable bed and the only way to get a usable bed was to comply.
The manager refused to remove the damaged bed and refund my money.
I have contacted my bank who are pursuing the matter alongside reporting the incident to the police via their excellent action fraud division

The reply below from the company is INCORRECT and a tactic to blame the customer.
Thankfully ACTION FRAUD is investigating this “company”

We ordered a single electric bed for a neighbour returning home from hospital, and Ali was instrumental in correcting my ordering mistakes and kindly upgraded the mattress and headboard at no extra cost. On delivery day, the friendly team couldn’t get the bed into the bedroom, but Ali stepped in immediately and arranged a solution.
A few days later, a different and equally excellent bed arrived, was unpacked, assembled, and fitted perfectly, with the original bed and all packaging removed. Our neighbour is delighted and sleeping very comfortably - great for her breathing and bliss for any swelling in her ankles.

Nice ottoman storage base and excellent supportive pocket mattress. Custom made headboard was amazing. Highly recommended

The bed is good but the quality is not up to notch as shown in the picture. But still is a nice bed but I’m disappointed as I was thinking it would be much better in quality.

Lovely bed base, unfortunately it is slightly damaged with a cut in the leather.

If you are thinking of buying from this company, read this carefully. Everything in this review is 100% factual. Nothing is exaggerated or made up!

We paid for delivery, removal of the old bed frame, and full assembly/installation of the new bed base. On the first visit, the contractors said they had not been instructed to remove the old bed frame, even though that had been paid for. The delivery was also incomplete, so the job could not be finished.

On the second visit, a different team came. I still had to push for the old frame to be removed. They then tried to assemble the new base, but I could see they were struggling to join the two parts. Instead of being honest, they tried to cover it up by putting the mattress on top as if the job was done. When I challenged them, they admitted they did not have all the clips and screws needed. All they said was: contact the office!

The following week, the office said they would post the clips, even though we had paid for assembly. After that, I had to keep chasing for updates because nobody called me back. The job was then passed to another delivery team, and on the third visit they arrived with clips but no drill, even though the clips needed to be drilled into the base. So again, the job could not be completed.

The whole process took about five weeks. The bed is now fixed, but only because I kept pushing. If I had not chased this constantly, it would not have been resolved. The company took no accountability whatsoever and left me to keep following up and forcing the issue to be sorted.

Please avoid this company! If you want incomplete deliveries, failed assembly, missing parts and weeks of chasing, use them. Otherwise, stay away.

Hi this bed factory is probally the best one I have came across

Ordered mattresses and a bed. Received a high quality bed with a modern headboard. The mattresses had memory foam and are very comfortable. Got it all at an amazing price, that’s a plus point. Staff was very helpful and helped me pick the perfect bed. Will shop again for the guest bedroom!

I bought 2 divan beds, and seriously, the service and quality are just top notch, 10 out of 10! They really go out of their way to take care of you and make sure you're totally thrilled with what you get. Super satisfied!

Beautifully upholstered bed with a exclusive deal which made it beyond reasonably priced. Start to finish, from ordering to receiving the bed was made very easy. The bed was placed in the chosen bedroom. Polite service.

Good product and great experience, i really like the fabric colour and driver also help me to put my bed upstair
