I wouldn't give them a single star if I could, but there is no option here to give less than a 1-star rating. I want to inform you all that on July 16, 2026, I made a payment of ₹5,085 (Transaction ID: 619743467716) to them for a 9-carat ruby gemstone; I arranged the remaining balance via an EMI plan with Snapmint (6 installments of ₹2,621) and had also ordered a Rudraksha. However, they delivered a 7-carat gemstone to my home on August 9—with a delay of nearly a month—instead of the 9-carat one I was supposed to receive. I returned the 7-carat gemstone and the Rudraksha on August 11, 2026, but they repeated the same mistake; on August 31, 2026, they once again delivered a 7-carat gemstone to my home instead of the 9-carat one, and this time, they didn't even send the Rudraksha at all.
I am amazed that such a large company could make the same mistake repeatedly. Right now, I am paying EMIs for a gemstone that I haven't even received.

That is why I would advise you to buy gemstones from a local shop instead of from them; otherwise, your money will get stuck, and you will face a lot of hassle.

I was assured that my advance payment would be refunded. However, it has now been more than 2 months, and I still have not received my refund.

​I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service (or lack thereof) at Divinelane.co. I have paid a substantial amount of ₹13,000, but the company is neither giving credit note for cancelled order nor returning my money.
​Despite being promised a smooth process, I have been treated poorly by a person claiming to be a Senior Manager and another representative named Tejasvi Jain. Tejasvi initially promised that everything would be handled professionally and agreed to issue a credit note for an order I no longer wish to pursue. However, as soon as the commitment was made, both individuals stopped taking my calls.
​It is highly unprofessional for a brand to take a customer's hard-earned money and then go completely silent. I have tried reaching out multiple times, but my calls are being intentionally ignored.

Cons: Unprofessional staff, zero accountability, and total lack of communication after taking payment.
​Beware of this site and their representatives (Tejasvi Jain and the "Sr. Manager"). Save your money and go elsewhere.
