I have certainly learned a lesson from this experience. I will be much more cautious about doing business with a company that does not provide a phone number for customers to contact them directly.

After looking into your company, I understand that you present yourselves as a faith-based business. That makes this experience even more disappointing. Your actions have not reflected the values I would expect from a company that operates on faith and trust. This was money that came from our household budget, and losing it over a transaction that was not handled transparently has been very upsetting.

I sincerely hope you will reconsider this situation and do what is right to resolve it. I trusted your company, and unfortunately, that trust has been broken.

Just unbelievable service. They had my Mom’s song done in just hours. They sent it to me with a 90 sec preview and I know right away I wanted it. Everything about the first cut was quality. I don't hear anything that would possibly lead someone to believe that my song is an AI quickie. I'm not a technician or an artist but l have always been an audiophile..... Instrumentation and vocals are all crisp.

I purchased 2 songs. They were amazing at making changes - very receptive and accommodating. The songs came out beautifully! I will say I was very disappointed that they did not provide a downloadable version of the song or offer it as an add on purchase. You could only hear it through a link or pay amonthly fee to have it available on youtube. If I ever do this again I will definitely make sure the MP3 version is available.
