Inaccurate sizing.

I spent alot of time making sure I chose the right size based on dixxons sizing info. Once I receive the 5 shirts I bought I found they were far too small. Asian size at best. Unless you can try it on first dont trust there sizes. dixxon would not allow me to exchange the shirts so I lost the sales pricing. Will not be wasting my money with dixxon again.

No flannel of the month

February 17 I receive adds for “Dixxon flannel of the month 29.99” I cannot find anything about flannel of the month. I reach out to be told “there is no flannel of the month this month” strange since the add was recurring and received in February.

No accountability or customer service

Spouse got me into Dixxon flannels around 9 or 10 years ago and there were issues with the shoulders being too narrow, which they corrected in later revisions which was great. But every single purchase I've made over the years has arrived with some sort of defect, either stitching not completed around buttons, or extra threads still left on the garment that should have been cleaned up or imperfections in the actual material itself that was deemed acceptable and sold regardless. The original Noveske flannel, The Gringo, The Shovelhead, and frisco all are a few that I've had that have had these defects unfortunately.

I've got over two dozen or so flannels and was quite the supporter of the brand. However that all changed after I was received a Venkman as a Christmas gift and upon opening up the Dixxon bag it came sealed in, there was a tear in the stitching in the shoulder. My spouse had waited for this gift to arrive and they gave her a hard time about tracking then when this defect was discovered the return process was non-existent. They gave her a runaround by dragging communication on, not providing customer service to have shipping refunded or garment replaced, I was just left with a gift that was damaged and packaged/sold by Dixxon and they wouldn't step up and make it right at all for my spouse and that set the tone and my lack of support for Dixxon after that.

I’ve been a long-time Dixxon customer…

I’ve been a long-time Dixxon customer and have placed many orders through the Dixxon app while logged into the same account tied to my Gmail email. I did not change accounts or my checkout process between purchases.

Despite this, loyalty points were inconsistently credited to a different email/account that I never intentionally created or used. This happened even though the purchases were clearly from the same person, using the same Apple Card, with the same billing and shipping information — which customer support could see.

One of the misattributed purchases occurred during a buy-12-get-13th-free promotion, which directly impacted eligibility for the free item. Splitting points across accounts also affected my progress toward a higher loyalty tier.

After contacting support, I was told that accounts cannot be merged, points cannot be transferred, and no manual adjustment is possible, even for system-driven errors.

The products are solid, but the loyalty program and customer support offer no flexibility or escalation when issues arise. Buyers using Apple Pay should be aware that points may not credit correctly — and there is no remedy if they don’t.

Don't waste your time and money

Dixon was great for quite a few years. But as of recent, they give you issues if you don't agree with their sizing, which has been very inconsistent. Even when you tell them, you need to change an item before shipping or processing has taken place, they will flat out tell you no and send the item anyway. And then refuse a return and or charge you for it, if they do accept it. It's a shame to see a company go downhill so fast, not only customer service or the lack of but the quality of the product has been driven into the ground.

Scam Company (Redeemed themselves)

Update: The company got in contact with, apologized for all the problems. They got the items i wanted back in stock. Shipped then to me and provided a credit for the next order.

I got the items and they do look good.

Original post: I run between Medium and Large, on the website it says items runs large. That being said, i ordered the medium and it was too small.

I have two problems with this company.
1. On 12/25 i was able to start a replacement order. But they didn't hold any of the items for me. Why have me create a replacement order at that time if none of the items are going to be held.
2. They started ghosting me on 12/30,

They sent me a link to print the return label and i was able to start a replacement order. I got the same jacket just in Large. The other jacket i got was not in stock so i had to pick another one but that's fine, i just picked something else.

I printed and dropped off the items at USPS. I emailed and let them know. They got back to me with a link to my RMA the items but one of the items had gone out of stock. I emailed them because it would not let me do anything at all, i could not complete the order, change the order, nothing.

I emailed them within 15 of their email letting them know i would take the one item left in stock and i will take a refund on this other item.

The item i requested 3 days ago is now out of stock... I email them asking for a full refund.

Its been 8 business days since they last contacted me and they have not refunded my money.
Company is a scam till i get my money back.

More Than Exciting Flannels

My kid turned me on to Dixxon, used to wear flannels as a kid, had loads of Pendletons. This company has a variety of Flannels, bamboo shirts, with gift items to make you feel like a proud Dixxon supporter.

Just for a heads up since it’s the holiday season. Their website is absolute trash and you have to make sure that you go in and actually DELETE any old address because if they are on your profile, even if you did not put them in for the shipping address, it will AutoCorrect when you check out to whatever old addresses you have.

Ordered a flannel which I never got

Ordered a flannel which I loved , a flannel turned up .
They sent the wrong one and by the time I tried to order the flannel again it had sold out .
Customer service says maybe next time keep an eye on release dates etc which I thought was very cheeky and condescending .
I’ve been a dixxon customer for years and this happens.
Now I can’t get the flannel I ordered as it’s sold out as it’s a special one off .

Never have this trouble with violent gentlemen or other similar makes .

The shirt aren’t flannel but…

The shirt aren’t flannel but 100%polyester it says on the label, Flannel is warm and soft. Tried to cancel the order right after I purchased the shirt and they completely ignored my email. Got the shirt from Germany but to return it I have to ship it to Holland, they won’t refund the first shipping cost and the return cost, better to try to sale the shirt on Vinted.

Do you really appreciate veterans?

I am a patriot and a veteran that enjoys the motorcycle culture and I like to support companies that support veterans.
Dixxon had an awesome 40% off for Veterans Day and I tried for 5 hours to place an order following their protocol. Turns out it was a ploy to get you to pay full price. I wrote to them and showed proof with time stamped photos and they said sorry you couldn’t order within the time frame? 5 hours I tried! Unfortunately they will not be getting this veterans business any longer and others should think about it.

I didn’t choose who to fight for in the military, it was for all Americans and not just certain times…

Bad for business…

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever, I bought a flannel that was $59.99 and had a couple questions so I emailed their support about it and their reply was diabolical. Rude and not helpful at all. I will never buy from this company ever again. I do not recommend anyone to buy from this brand. Disgusting

Great shirt- Piss poor shipping..

Love the shirts, but the shipping sucks! Why would you use a 3rd party shipping company? Customers would receive their items alot quicker!
Fix the shipping and you would get a 5 star review......

Not worth the money

Ordered two flannels from this company. One came and it was completely defective. The snap was put on backwards making the shirt basically unusable. Unless you want to go around with one of the snaps unbuttoned because it's on backwards. The other shirt did not fit. Not even close. They asked me for photos of the defective shirt which I sent them. And a detailed description. I paid for the return shipping. They then charged me a return fee stating that because only one of the shirts was defective I was still responsible for the entire return fee. What was the point of me sending them photos of the defective item if they were going to charge me thrcreturn fee either way? I could have just returned the shirts and not wasted my time. And when I asked them that exact question I received a bullshit condescending email in response. So basically terrible customer service and terrible quality control. Plenty of other flannel companies out there that will actually listen to the customer and not give them shit when something is wrong.

Customer service lacking

We’ve been customers of Dixon Canada and Arizona for 5 years now. I love shoppers at the store in Tempe, but the online store leaves a lot to be desired. I recently went online to order the youth mctwist. It wasn’t available in the size I needed. I placed an order and purchased 2 shirts in youth sizes and one adult. Two hours later, the mctwist is now available in every size. My order hadn’t shipped yet, and I contacted customer service and asked to replace one of the shirts for the mctwist. I was told it couldn’t be done and that I could order the mctwist separately. S and S is free if you spend $150, otherwise, it’s $20.00 on a $40.00 shirt. I didn’t cancel my order and by the time I heard from customer service, it had now shipped. Returning the order is also at the customers expense. So, long story short, not happy with Dixxon customer service. I don’t need to shop through them, as it doesn’t sound like they need me either. Won’t be returning.

Very low quality shirts

Very low quality shirts. Sleeve stitching came apart after about 3 washes. I don't think I've had anything fall apart this quick, ever, not even $10 Kmart shirts, but the stitching is weak all over the flannel so it's definitely not a one off bad seam.
