Worst sales/service experience of my life
I tried to order online but needed to call customer service as there were two items I could not purchase online. Customer service agent advised that he would need to enter my order manually at their end so I gave him all of the measurements and all he had to do was enter what I gave him via email- he sent me the quote and had entered all the wrong information- after a few more attempts on his end I spoke to his manager who entered offered to send an installer out to recheck and make sure everything was correct for free if I paid a deposit- so I did- installer came and the next quote I recieved was still incorrect so I cancelled the order - I was then told they would be keeping 10% (500.00) for their time and to pay for the installer visit.
