Do not get involved with DIY PRINT STUDIO. Placed an order June 16th and as of August 7th have received nothing or credit back. Get no response from Customer Service!

I purchased the together forever hearts and it is a big disappointment. What I received is a 2D flat print that I could have done at home. I’m left with a peice of trash. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING GROM TJIS COMPANY. Complete waste of money.

I ordered a together forever two heart couple plaque. Looked beautiful in the picture. Ordered June 5th and received mid July rather then when it was promised in June. It was the wrong size the wrong date and a flat piece of garbage I wouldn’t have paid 2 cents for. I tried to contact them and after 2 days filed a refund complaint with PayPal. I sent PayPal pictures of the garbage I received and they gave me a temporary refund pending them reaching the company. They finally came back to me and said I would keep the refund as long as I returned the item to the seller. I refused to send this crappy trinket back to CHINA at my expense. I then heard from the company that said I didn’t have to send it back and they would offer me a 15% discount and I refused. The other day PayPal said they were reversing my refund since I did not send them the tracking number from my return. So they closed my case. I also told Diyprintstudio that I was going to put the pictures of their crap on their Facebook ad so everyone can see what they really sell. Guess what they are no longer on Facebook. So when I saw everyone else’s nightmare stories on Trustpilot I decided to appeal with PayPal and I am sending them every response about this company in hopes of getting a refund. Hopefully some of you have succeeded in getting your money back. I promise if this company pops up anywhere else I will be there with pictures. We are getting screwed enough by everything else going on in this country and we don’t need a whole other country trying to too!

I placed my order and it was confirmed on June 18 2026! It is August 3 now and I still have not received my order! These were items that I was purchasing for gifts for July 4. IF I ever get my order from them, I will never order from them again.

I purchased a 4th of July T-shirt,which came way after the 4th. The T-shirt had 3 hearts in red,white and blue. The hearts were for children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. The names were spelled wrong,the lettering were mismatched some lettering was fancy fonts and some were normal script. My son Robert IV was spelled wrong. Rebert,but the r next to the t was a big cursive r,which overpowered the t! IV the I was a f or a t it had a line across the I. My son name Jacobey was spelled wrong. Instead of e,they put a big cursive s! I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone! If,you come across diyprintstudio run as fast as you can! They are scammers! I paid $42 for the T-shirt they add on insurance that you can't take off. I've sent them over 5 pictures of the wrong spelling and they keep telling me the spelling is right and asking for more pictures. You can only contact them through email, there's no number or address. They offered me a 15% refund off of $42! No, I want my $42 back. They also offered me a $40 voucher to spend with the company. No, I don't want to do business with this company you all are a fraud!!! I'm filing a claim with the BBB. They should be shut down!!

I ordered the 4x4 double hearts with names inscribed as a gift for my husband for our 5th anniversary. It looks SO beautiful in the ad! Looks like it's 3D with graceful curves... Very elegant and romantic. The part at the top that looks like its a curve reflecting the light is still just flat, cheap, low quality, thin plastic that is a little bit opaque so it might vaguely give off the impression that it's curved. I was so excited to open it... I wish I had opened it alone because it was so cheap and cheesy that it made me cry. I never would have let him see it if I had opened it first. I have asked to return it. I guess we will see if they actually work with me. Stupidest $30 I ever spent! Stay FAR away from this company!!!

I ordered something for my husband fir our 40th Anniversary and it was sent to Shakopee Mn. And I got 4 army plaques instead. The thing I got was from a warehouse in Chicago Illinois. I don't know how to get my items.

Giving this company a one star rating is too high. I ordered a plaque on July 4, 2026, checked & double checked the names & date & paid $44.00. I received it yesterday July 28, 2026. The names inscribed on it are correct but the date is WRONG! I emailed you & have not gotten a reply. I expect a corrected replacement or a total refund. I'm very sorry I ordered from you.

I would give them negative ten, giving this company a one is too generous. I ordered a double heart, made sure address and everything was correct.
Says delivered to city and state no address, given to owner (who wasn't me And not my address). The tracking number shows the wrong item and partial address. I have been fighting back in fourth for over a month to get a refund!

Cheap small piece of plastic. Ordered 6in. Received piece barely 2in. Do Not recommend

DO NOT ODER FROM THIS COMPANY. I wish I had looked then up before ordering!! I'd give them a zero if I could. Personalized order took over 2 weeks to be shipped. Another 2 weeks to supposedly be delivered. Ordered on May 30...on its way on June 11 and by June 27th still not here. After contacting them and checking tracking by some no name company...took another week to advise me that it was delivered in or on mailbox at 2p on the 27th. Neglected until July 24 to tell me that USPS was the delivery with a different tracking number. Well cameras on house told me that delivery was NEVER made.....plus product too big to fit in mailbox. Always order with credit card and get your money back!!!! For a stinking $40 they could haver remade and resent.

I have ordered stuff that has not come, but yet they’ll say how did we do with your order. I ordered a couple of shirts when they did arrive many weeks later from London I was extremely disappointed in the quality of the shirts and the color. Talking to them about refunding my money they offered me three dollars and then they added it up to 10 and that’s it. I have not heard back from them. I still have at least two other items that I am waiting for that. I’ve ordered for anniversary gifts and they have not come. Obviously this is not a good company to order from very poor customer service and they do not stand behind their products. Very unfortunate. I feel that it should be mandatory that they tell you in their advertising where the product is being shipped from and if you had to return it that you have to pay shipping to another foreign country. I know for myself I would not be ordering anything. This is BS.
I finally received one of the other two items I was waiting for and needless to say I’m not surprised that I was extremely disappointed. I ordered the two hearts with our names on them for my husband and I first year anniversary and needless to say it is so cheaply made with a piece of dull plastic over it nothing like the picture shows. Very, very misleading. I would not recommend this company to anybody even though their pictures show good products. They are not when you get them.

I would have given 0 stars if that was an option. I ordered a graduation gift the beginning of June and have not received it. Communication is very slow and unhelpful. The first notice was that I had moved without a forwarding address, which is incorrect. Then they keep asking me to verify my address, how many times does that have to be done before anything happens.
Please don't waste your time or money on this company.

If I could use negative stars I would. Ordered a product beginning of June. July 23 and I still haven’t received what I purchased. Their “tracking link” never said it was delivered, it just quit working but their “customer service” said it was delivered on July 6th. No proof offered on that, nor was I told what shipping service was used. And I was home that day so if something had been delivered I’d have known about it. No offer on a refund or any other help. Buyer beware, this is not a company with which to trust your money on a purchase.

This company is a complete rip off. They state that products come from USA and then you receive tracking information coming from China and arriving in Chicago to go through customs. Packaged traced to Arizona, one state away, on July 13, 2026 and then crickets. Tracking shows no movement in last 8 days and they will not respond to any emails. I am out $50 bucks for a very tough lesson. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

Do not use this company. My item was received with the wrong name and customer service does not return any emails I have sent regarding this error.

I ordered an abject from the studio When I received, it looked nothing like it was pitched, I am trying to get in touch with them and I haven't found a way to. The website doesn't seem to exist only if you want to buy something any ideas.

I had to put 1 star just to get to this step. They don’t even deserve that. I ordered and item from this company two months ago. I never received it. These guys are scam artists they take your money and claim they shipped it in a container with a tracking number. I went to my local post office where it shows the container stopped then was shipped back to it original point of origin. My package was not in it because they never shipped it. Do not waste your money do not buy anything from this company.

Well, when do I begin, it took a month to get the product and then when I received it the date on it was Miss printing and I did put the correct date. I have on there and second it doesn’t look like the picture. The picture makes it look like it’s more like a glass symbol. My product looks like it has lamination on it so therefore I would like to have this job because it’s very disappointing. You can’t trust people with their advertisement. I have tried 3 emails and still no response 🤬

I ordered 2 personalized items from this company in May for my granddaughter’s graduation, totaling over $53.00. It is now July 17, I still haven’t received either of the items. I was sent an email saying that the items were delivered to my mailbox (which is a locked box) on June 25. Needless to say, I never received these items. Maybe this doesn’t seem like a lot of money, but to a senior citizen, living on social security, it is a huge amount to just give someone without getting what they ordered. It seems like this company is washing their hands in this matter, since they believe their products were delivered and I promise you, they were not! I will not order from this company again and strongly recommend that everyone else avoid ordering anything from this company.
