I will recommend them

Staff are polite , professional, on time and efficient. They explained things to me and kept in contact. They also promised a follow up service. They were recommended by a friend and l'm so glad that l contacted them. I'm pleased with the work that they did and would recommend them to others.

Professional, friendly service. Everything carried out as planned, fully explained and work of a high standard. Kept fully informed throughout.

The engineer was very helpful

The engineer was very helpful, he explained what was needed and arranged everything very quickly.
Also the fitter was on time and the inverter was replaced with no problems. Very pleased with the service and would certainly recommend.

They checked up on the system that was not in warranty or serviced.

They checked up on the system that was installed by an obsolete company, finding a problem they were able to sort it out quickly as it was a safety issue.
Then set up our free yearly check up's to maintain the warranty on the equipment.
Some confusion on the warranty info, but now all sorted, there HR cleared up the issue.
Not yet a 5 star as will wait to see if they continue there follow up inspection's, as previous companies have let us down.
