I had a great time in Petxina. Everything was fine. I got the keys without complications, the cleaning service was perfekt. The Homepage and some emails were confusing sometimes. But they answer questions right now. I like Dasha and i always will make a reservation.

Dasha Living Space ofrece una experiencia muy satisfactoria. Los apartamentos están ubicados en excelentes zonas, como el Ruzafa, y son modernos y bien diseñados. Los servicios de limpieza y mantenimiento son regulares y eficientes. La comunicación con el personal, especialmente Vanessa y Lauren, es rápida y profesional. Si bien el alquiler no es económico, la calidad y la ubicación justifican el costo, especialmente para quienes necesitan estar cerca del centro de Valencia. Las administraciones y atención a detalles, como el mobiliario cómodo y la cocina equipada, hacen que la estancia sea agradable. ¡Definitivamente recomendado!

Everything about working with DASHA was great! The flat/apartment was in a great location in the City, the flat was modern and smartly designed to make the space user friendly without any stress. The staff especially Vanessa, were always responsive and helpful,

I lived from March 2023 until August 2024 in a duplex two-bedroom apartment from Dasha Living Space in Calle de los Huertos 4 in el Carmen and I was totally satisfied with the apartment, the location, the cleaning and regular maintenance service, the AC, the communication with the caretakers and the management etc. Calle de los Huertos is a quiet side-street, away from the tourist crowds. Nevertheless the next supermarket, open 7 days per week, is less than 200 meters away. The monthly rent was not cheap, but if someone works in the Valencia city center and wants to have the apartment in walking distance from the office, it is one of the best places around.

It's very clean and friendly place. Highly recommended!

We loved the aprtment. the loacation, light and moderness of the apartment was great. Dasha also gave such great service, easy to get hold of if we needed anything.

We visited valencia and stayed in a Dasha 3 bedrooms apartment from January to April 2024. We really enjoyed the apartment. It was well located in a quiet area within walking distance to Turia Park, groceries, metro/bus and the old city.

All administration with Dasha prior to our arrival, during our stay and after leaving the apartment were professionally done. During our stay we had a couple of maintenance issues that were quickly responded, investigated and fixed.

The apartment was spacious and clean. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Having a computer desk was a bonus.

The kitchen has all the necessary to do proper cooking.

The cleaning service was superb.

Everything was perfect and looking forward to return!

My experience with Dasha was very good. The rental apartment was spacious, clean, well located and quiet.
There were some technical difficulties in the beginning, but the response from the management was always immediate and the problem fixed. In general, the communications were easy and fast.
I would choose Dasha for a long term rental in Valencia again.

Well, what can I say. Not the greatest of experieces. Lived in two different of their aparments in El carme and not super pleased. Their web portal is a mess. They took 15 business days to refund the deposit (2000 EUR), cleaning service was sub-standard and both of my apartments had multiple issues that never really was sorted. The first apartment had a water leak that I had to remind them to fix multiple times before anything happening. There was also a problem with a fridge and the locks had to be changed due to "security issues". Problem was that I only got 1 of the new keys so they had to be changed again. A/C was shutting of on timer and was mess sorting. In my 6 month stay I had maintenance crew there at least 15 times. I had a small kitchen table with 3 chairs but none for the work desk upstairs. When asking for chairs to be able to do proper dinners they wanted extra monthly payment for that. Next apartment (6 months in there too) was also a bit of a mess. Had water damage in a doorsill next to the shower and took 3 months to sort and A/C just worked on the upper floor. On move out they wanted me to charge me for replacing a flakey teflon frying pan (approx 2 years old, cheapest IKEA model) that was flakey when I moved in (had to buy proper stuff myself), coffee stained bed linnen (25 EUR per pcs) that apperantly was impossible to get clean and a water stained table top that was already stained when I moved in (another 45 EUR). The worst thing is that the cleaning lady took pics of the bed linnen in my apartment when I was not there and against my consent. They charge you an arm and a leg and possibly it's OK for a short term stay but don't expect to be pleasantly surprised. Communication was good though but they don't run a tight operation.

Beautiful, tasteful, modern apartments with everything you need to feel at home. Excellent service and reasonable pricing. We have used Dasha on 3 occasions in the past 2 years and really recommend it. Everything you want in a short-medium term rental.

Finding Dasha Living Space has been among one of the best things that has happened to our family in our dream of spending more time in Spain, and eventually move there. We fell in love with Valencia a couple of year ago, and since, it has been a bit of a hassle imagining how to afford working and traveling abroad (even more so with three little ones in tow). Dasha has the best infrastructure in terms of seamless check in procedure, convenience of stay and add-on services. Nicky and the team are professional, responsive, and caring, so much so, that we have entrusted them with our own property purchase support, and they delivered beautifully, we are now very much looking forward to joining the Dasha family from the owner's side.
