My experience with DM Consultancy in Dubai ( OWNER , VIDISHA KUMHAR ( KUMBHAR ) SHE IS THE ONE WHO SCAME ME CANADIAN DOLLOR 30000 regarding a Canada work permit process has been extremely disappointing and financially damaging.

I paid CAD 30,000 for their LMIA BASED WORK PERMIT , immigration services. During the process I interacted with people including the owner Vidisha Kumbhar, her husband Chetan Kumbhar, and Manager Gaurav Chauhan., SANKETH PODHNCHETYY , THESE PEOPLE ARE BIG SCAMER , EVEN I GOT TO KNOW SELLEING LMIA IS ILIGAL IN CANADA , FOR WHAT THEY EAT MY CANADIAN 30000 ( AROUNT dIRHAM 920000 )

After researching later, I discovered that the official LMIA government fee is about CAD 1,000 and typical legal processing 5000 TO 7000. This raised serious concerns for me about the pricing structure and transparency.

The contract includes multiple clauses stating that refunds will not be provided in many situations. It also includes an ABBITATION clause, which limits the ability to pursue disputes through Dubai courts. Because of these terms, recovering money has been extremely NOT POSIBLE

I encourage anyone considering immigration services with this company to be very careful:
* Read every clause of the contract in detail SHOW TO LEGAL ADVISER BEFORE SINGING CONTRACT WITH THEM
* Verify official government fees independently
* Consult an independent immigration lawyer before paying large amounts
* Avoid paying large upfront fees

Urgent Warning – Direct Accusation of Fraud and Scam by DM Immigration

I am writing this review after an extremely negative personal experience with DM Immigration. Based on what I and several of my colleagues have gone through, I formally accuse this company of fraud and scamming me and others using the same method.

The company received money from me and from other individuals in exchange for clearly agreed immigration services. However, they:

• Failed to provide any real or tangible service

• Deliberately stopped responding to emails and messages

• Did not provide any legal proof of an active immigration file or real procedures

• Completely ignored all requests for clarification or refund

The repetition of the same behavior with more than one client clearly shows that this is not an isolated case, but rather a systematic and intentional pattern aimed at collecting money without delivering services. This conduct, in our view, constitutes clear fraud and deception.

I confirm that I, as well as my colleagues, possess official documents, payment receipts, and written correspondence proving everything stated above. If this behavior continues, we will proceed with:

• Filing collective complaints with official immigration regulatory authorities

• Submitting reports to consumer protection authorities

• Taking legal and judicial action, locally and internationally, to fully recover our rights

This is a fraud organisation. I have lost 17000 SR. They have given me fake work permit of Germany after 14 months and run away. Their Jeddah office is closed. I submit to German consulate, they have rejected due to fake documents.

Please do not move forward with this consultant they are real scammers; they close their office in Jeddah suddenly and switched off their mobile phone removed WhatsApp and changed the website as well. I called in their Dubai office as well they lied to me that today is office close in Jeddah, but the fact is their office is no more in Saudi Arabia. I need my refund, or I need to move forward legally against them. Will report to their main sponsors to Mara and other competent authorities. Please do not waste your time and money with these scammers at all. They are cheating they do not even exist on Mara website they are using a consultant from Italy when you get trapped and you realize, you have done a mistake you ask them to what your MARN number for Australia is then they will share detail of one guy from Italy. Really, they need to be reported to competent authorities, I am working on it, if I didn't get me refund I will proceed legally against them.

Europe Poland work permit 1.5 years ago 6 months before embassy appointment applied but now 4 weeks before expired. I asked ok withdraw my registration and give me refund. But the DM consultant telling our agreement mentioned no refund for the embassy appointment failed.

Before signing a contract with DM Consultancy, you must read it very carefully. Many things mentioned in the contract will not happen.
Especially, even if the embassy appointment is failed or the visa is rejected, the contract states that the chances of getting a refund are very low (paragraph 10). They have clearly listed situations where you will not get a refund (for example: medical problem, criminal record, visa rejection - all are situations where you won't get a refund).
The company's operations are not transparent at all. There's a possibility that the money I paid might be lost. Never trust them!"

They took 10000 SAR from me and they didn't provide me neither with the offer letter nor the work permit . They first told me about my file for Poland then they changed it for Croatia.I have just lost my time,energy and money with them. Now they have closed their offices in Riyadh and Jeddah without any prior notice as they have scammed money from so many people like me. So it's my advice to everyone please don't fall in their trap . As they are very good in convincing people but really they don't have any services to render....Its All FAKE...they are running a scam network.

I want to share my experience with DM Consultant Abu Dhabi to warn others about their deceptive practices. I paid 6000 dirhams for their Economic Immigration Program (EIP) and another 6000 dirhams for the Express Entry Program in February 2022, with promises of a Canada work visa and job placement within 7 to 8 months.

More than two years have passed, and I have not received a single interview or job opportunity through DM Consultant. My IELTS exam has expired, and despite assurances that my CRS score of 471 was competitive, I never received an invitation from the Canadian government for Permanent Residence.

Their agent, Mohammad Ismail, misled me from the start. He assured me of job prospects and quick immigration, but it was all false. This is not just my experience; many others have faced similar issues with DM Consultant.

If you're considering using their services, I urge you to reconsider. They are not honest or reliable. Save your money and look for reputable immigration consultants who deliver what they promise.

Search for jobs by yourself. If your profile is good and you have legitimate work experience, you will get an employer for sure. There is no need to pay any agency for that.

I applied for a Germany work permit through this company and paid the required fees. I was told that I would receive a job offer within six months. It has now been more than eight months and I have not received any job offer or consistent updates. Their communication has reduced significantly, and their Jeddah/Riyadh office closed permanently without prior notice.
Because the service promised was not delivered, I have submitted formal complaints to Dubai Consumer Protection and relevant authorities for review. I recommend others to evaluate and verify carefully before proceeding.
