Ware am Sonntagnachmittag bestellt - am Mittwoch wurde die Lampe schon geliefert! Top - sowas gibt es? Und das obwohl aus Belgien geliefert wurde. Lampe war sehr sicher verpackt, Schirm war aus Glas. Hier würde ich jederzeot wieder bestellen.
To be honest is very responsible for after sales
Great after-sales service! I ordered lamps by dmlights outside of the EU. I had to send them back since they were bigger than expected. The return shipment was a bit complicated since the shipment was stack at customs for several weeks and eventually was sent back to me. But Neel from dmlights provided a great support throughout the process and was always very responsive. Eventually I had to drive across the boarder and send the shipment from an EU land. The return worked great and I was confirmed the refund without any delays, even though I exceeded the 10days policy for returns. Tip: if you need to send back the shipment from outside the EU, try to send it with DHL (although very expensive) or ideally drive across the border to avoid additional trouble and charges.
Super Aftersales-Service! Habe zwei Lampen bestellt. Die eine funktionierte nach einem Jahr nicht mehr. Mein Anliegen wurde sehr unkompliziert und kompetent behandelt und ich erhielt ein Ersatzteil auf Garantie zugesendet. Bin sehr zufrieden und werde gerne wieder bei Dmlights bestellen.
Wenn es um Licht und Lampen geht, zählt dmlights zu den Besten im Internet.
Lieferung und Service 1A! Ein Glaslampenschirm, welche bei der Montage zerbrach, wurde sofort und unkompliziert ersetzt.

It is nowhere stated that swiss customers have to pay UPS customs costs themselves, although I ordered on a swiss domain (dmlights.ch). They should as soon as possible get rid of the .ch-domain, if they are delivering from abroad! this is really annoying!!

Unfortunately the Swiss domain does not automatically imply that we are located in Switzerland. As we are shipping from Belgium, we are subject to local tax regulations.
