Positive Experience Overall

Overall, I had a good experience with DNA Health. The purchase process worked and the service/product met expectations.

However, the website is not very user-friendly and could be improved to make navigation and the overall experience smoother. Despite this, I was still able to use it and had a positive experience overall.

DNA TUMBLER

DNA TUMBLER, I am now onto my second DNA Tumbler blender, first one was returned because it stopped working, I replaced it with a second one and again its stopped working, worst of all I cannot claim on the warranty because the motor is wet, surely this is due to a fault with the machine, it clearly doesn't seal the liquid when blending and it seeps into the motor.

You won't find replacement filters

While the product works well, their stock supply is shocking. You can sometimes wait months for replacement filters, and when they do arrive, they limit you to 1 per customer. During that time, you will most likely spend a fortune on buying bottled water. Rather look at local solutions that you can actually get the filters for.

DNA water cartridges

The entire set of cartridges is rarely available. One is forced to buy the individual cartridges which obviously pushes up the price. If all the cartridges are available, why not sell them at the price of a complete set?
Delivery is excellent, received my products within a day of order.

Not a ethical company

I bought a DNA V2 Countertop Water Purifier besides the awful taste it stated leaking after about 6 months. I followed the company's procedure for warranty claims which they just ignored. Not a ethical company. My advice is avoid their products. Update: you cant submit the repair form without acknowledgment. The form was submitted (2 March 2026) and the response was “We will be in contact with you soon” if not in 2 working days contact them. No where did it say go ahead and send the faulty device. Any way after 2 days and no response so I reached out via the email provided sales (5 March2026) and it was forwarded to their socials email address (6 March 2026). And they state in their reply that they heard nothing from me yet I have the emails as proof. So they lie too. Any way there was no response thereafter until I emailed again on 12 March when the reply was are you having problem sending the 10kg device when not once I was asked to do so. This is when I wrote the reviews. Really unprofessional service. They even are trying to get my reviews removed. Dodgy company avoid.

We take all warranty claims seriously, which is why it’s important to clarify what happened in your case.

You did submit a warranty request through our website; however, the process requires customers to read and accept the terms and conditions before completing the submission.
These terms clearly state that the unit must be sent to us for assessment before any warranty decision can be made.
We never received your unit, which meant your claim could not proceed.

Our automated confirmation email also advised that if you had not been contacted yet within 2 days, you should reach out to us via the provided email or WhatsApp.

We received no follow‑up from you through either channel before you posted a public review.
We acknowledge that a personal confirmation email from our side would have been helpful, and we take responsibility for that oversight.

However, without the device being sent in as required, we were not given the opportunity to assist you or honour the warranty process.

We remain willing to resolve this matter. If you still wish to proceed, please contact us directly so we can assess your unit and assist accordingly.

Well deserved 5 stars

After a unfortunate misunderstanding, DNA really came to the table and rectified the mistake. These guys know exactly what customer service means and did it way better than one would expect in this day and age.

Well done DNA, we will certainly support you when we need to expand!

Best buy

Best buy! I have been researching airfryers for the past 4 months before I made this purchase
Its classy looking, its strong and I most live that its huge and non stick free. Adore the fact that the racks are made of stainless steel.
Total win!

Do yourself a favour and buy Kuvings

Do yourself a favour and buy Kuvings, not DNA. I have both—Kuvings (Germany) and DNA (here)—and they’re worlds apart in quality and ease of use.

The biggest issue with the DNA juicer is that the pulp doesn’t move through the chute/tube properly, so you constantly have to push and shuffle it along by hand. It’s a frustrating process. Also, some parts trap water after washing, and it’s hard to get the water out.

To be fair, DNA customer service responded quickly—but they didn’t really take responsibility for the issue. It was more along the lines of: “Everything is fine on our side, so there’s no problem.”
