I would suggest to never buy from those guys. Terrible experience. I bought a bracelet for measuring blood pressure and I returned because not working properly. They are chasing me for paying 100 euro fee for having returned the item after tried it (2 days). Unbelievable

I was surprised to see such a poor review rate for this company...Luckily, I only checked it after I received my order from them (which usually does not happen when I order from a new site)otherwise, I would've missed out on a great experience!
I ordered some special bandages that were hard to find elsewhere in the size I needed. They shipped it promptly (international shipping), the price was fair, packaged with care, detailed documentation with money back guarantee and plenty of contact options in case there are any issues with the products. Items came direct from Germany. I can only speak about my specific experience, for which they definitely deserve 5 stars.

Schlechter Service. Ein defektes Produkt wurde an mich versendet. Es wurde zurückgeschickt und nach 7 Wochen ist der Betrag von mehreren hundert Euro immer noch nicht zurückerstattet. Mehrfach per E-Mail und Telefon kontaktiert, aber sie verschieben die Rückerstattung weiterhin ohne jegliche Erklärung. Wertloser Online-Shop, und ich rate jedem, hier nichts zu kaufen.

Poor service. A defective product was sent to me. It was returned, and after 7 weeks, the amount of several hundred euros still hasn't been refunded. I've emailed and called several times, but they keep delaying the refund without any explanation. Terrible online store, and I advise everyone not to buy anything here.

I felt an obligation to leave a review here since it's been quite a while since anyone left a review, never mind a positive one.

At least for me it was a positive experience. The product was as expected. The shipping was reasonably cheap, and my package arrived after just 6 days after placing the order, which is rather impressive considering it was international shipping.

Auch bei niedrigpreisigen Artikel wird bei einem Defekt keine Kulanz geboten und nicht mal die gesetzlichen Gewährleistungspflicht wahrgenommen. Wer nicht auf defekte Ware sitzen bleiben will, der sollte hier nicht kaufen!

this is really bad online shop, they did not respond me after 1 week, even I have sent them many times that i need to return the item due to the bad quality

Man verliert zuerst eine Menge Zeit, um zu bestellen, und bei der Bezahlung akzeptieren sie nur Paypal (und nicht die angegebenen Kreditkarten). Dann nimmt man an, man wäre von Daniel Rieger (GM) ernstgenommen, man verliert wieder Zeit um die Bestellung zu rekonstruieren, schickt man sie dem Rieger und hört (selbst nach 3 Erinnerungen) nie wieder von ihm; aber dafür wird man täglich mit Werbung gespammt.

Verry bad service. They are not customer friendly at all!
They charge big fees if you send products back for reparation and always claim it is your fault. They charge €90 to sent back a product that is unrepaired.

Ich kann über DocCheck nur positives sagen. Es hat zwar ein paar Tage gedauert bis sie mich für die Studentenangebote freigeschaltet haben, aber dann liefs. Habe mir das Präp-Set gekauft das speziell für meine Uni zusammengestellt war und bin bisher sehr zufrieden.

Habe schon öfter bei doc check bestellt und war nicht immer ganz zufrieden, weil die lieferungen manchmal länger gebraucht haben als angegeben. Bei den letzten bestellungen kam die ware aber immer pünktlich. Sie haben wohl dazu gelernt

Wir bestellen regelmäßig bei Docheck für unsere Praxis bis jetzt hat immer alles geklappt. Es kommt zwar mal vor, dass ein Artikel nachgeliefert wird, aber das macht nichts. Die Preise sind günstig, leider gibt es dort nicht alle Produkte die wir benötigen.

Bin sehr zufrieden mit den Produkten von DocCheck. Ich habe telefonisch bestellt und wurde wirklich freundlich beraten. Die Produkte kamen dann schneller als angekündigt bei mir an. Gerne wieder!

Sehr Schnelle Lieferung nach Österreich. Ware gut verpackt und zu einem sehr guten Preis. Passt alles.

Ideal fürs Studium, weil man viele Produkte billiger bekommt und die Hausmarke ist sowieso ziemlich günstig. Dabei ist die Qualität für den Preis wirklich gut.

J'ai commandé il y a une semaine un lecteur de glycémie. J'ai bien reçu la confirmation de la commande mais je devais recevoir dans les 48 h un doc avec les infos pour paiement par virement. Rien reçu. S'il a un jour été sérieux, ce site ne semble plus l être. . .

well, it's not in my habits to turn on a company like that but what docckeck does has to be made public: they claim incredible prices for complex machinery from Germany or Italy, forgetting to mention that these machines (an autoclave in our case) need to be installed, calibrated and most importantly are submitted to regular checks to make sure they meet the sterilisation standards that are required by NHS. None of these services are provided by doccheck and we're currently paying off extremely high maintenance and service bills that amount to about 80% of the price we paid for the machine itself, since we had to go over outside contractors to get the machine propperly installed and working, not mentioning the expensive maintenance program we had to subscribe for potential future issues with the hardware.
We're outraged that firms like doccheck can trick unsuspecting buyers into believing in these prices (while we should have made it clear first to the acquisitions service that these machines require special care), but we're even more outraged that companies as reputable as MELAG actually do sell machines to doccheck - it just makes for a bad name and the brand could be stained by these incidents (which are not isolated i hear) for a long time.
