This video consultation was very helpful to me. Dr Haydar requested a change in appointment time, which was absolutely fine as I had requested it at very short notice.
She was very patient and thorough and asked me plety of questions to understand my health history as well as my current concerns. She also advised in a friendly manner on what my next steps could be with my NHS GP and with my permission will communicate with them.

The doctor responded to our request very promptly. Dr. Khan visited my four-year-old son and was extremely kind, polite, and professional throughout the consultation.

GP responded to my appointment request quickly, and my appointment was after 10pm on a Friday. He was reassuring and discussed at length my symptoms and questions, gave more insight into my surgery outcomes and issued prescriptions to manage my symptoms. Would highly recommend.

We had Doctor Walker come out. My partner is a very nervous person but he was kind and understanding and very professional.

Excellent service, I wish that I had known about this service earlier.
Peace of mind to know that I can speak to a doctor for out of hours medical needs, if needed in the future. The Christmas period meant that calls to 111 were quite tricky and after waiting for 3 days with no response due to a high demand of calls, and suffering with an uncomfortable UTI, I really needed to find another alternative and this is where I came across Doc Select online.
My medical issue was quickly resolved and I was able to pick up a prescription within 15 minutes.
So grateful to the doctor and now I can enjoy the rest of the Christmas holidays.

Amazing platform - very quick to verify ID and no glitches on the app. I was unable to get any help during the festive period elsewhere and my aunt was visiting from the states but we were able to get a prescription through a video consultation with an amazing doctor, Dr Ali! Lifesaver, literally!

My son came home from university in need of a dressing change. He was expecting a transfer to a Nottingham hospital, however Leeds GI did not appear to have set this up.

Concerned we would end up in a pickle over Christmas I registered with DocSelect & had an appointment within 5 mins for that evening at home. The excellent Dr Haydar attended - I would rebook this service without hesitation.

After trying and failing to get to an appointment at the surgery where I am registered, I decided to try a google search to see if I could find an alternative. Within 60 minutes of downloading the DocSelect App, I had a superb doctor in the comfort of my own home. My health problem was diagnosed and sorted. DocSelect is such a brilliant idea. I don’t want to sound flippant in anyway, but I ended up with a home doctor appointment faster than I could order a taxi or a takeaway! DocSelect is that simple to use.
