Good but room for improvement
Transfer from previous provider completed, not too much hassle.
The app sometimes has issues where you have to sign in and re-enable biometric login, it's a little bit annoying so please could you fix this.
I was hoping there would be more choice of Funds/ETFs, the HSBC All World OEIC is fine, though I'd like to see more index trackers such as WEBN, PAWC or ACWI to name a few.

Very impressed with the Dodl experience so far. The platform is easy to use but if there are any issues, the chatbot and *HUMAN* team are always available. I was very impressed that a query I had was answered within 5 minutes by a person on a bank holiday. Very impressed so far and look forward to using the service more!

Having been with Dodl for aboya year I…
Having been with Dodl for aboya year I can say their service is first class. Quick to reply to queries and platform price is very competitive A variety of things to invest in and hopefully more will be added soon. Being part of AJ Bell which is listed on the London Stock Exchange is reassuring is a comforting. The ability to facilitate Sipp drawdown like Pension Bee would be a game chain my opinion. Would definitely recommend them and all the different accounts they offer.

Good start with lots of things to improve
I’ve been looking at a decent snd cost effective for LISA and I’ve decided to give Dodl a try, I tried AJ bell but the UX on web or app are atrocious. Especially when you’ve got new better players like Moneybox. The upside of Dodl is it is the most competitive fee out of all, and backed by a big name. I liked the smooth UI and UX of Moneybox but the cost really put me to stay still. I wouldn’t even consider Dodl for S&S ISA or GIA because Tranding212 and other players are far above AJ bell products, so there are a lot of things Dodl/AJ bell can learn from new players. But as for LISA, it’s enough to win me over. I’m expecting a basic chart and more functionality in the short-mid term

Cant fault the comprehensive reply and swift response on a bank holiday Monday - responded on the fly talking to a real person with knowledge - for funds and if dodl has them is also the lowest cost out there

As a novice investor I’m delighted with the dodl app. Breaks down complicated choices into something simple and easy to understand. A great way to get started I think. I’m learning as I go, and am gaining understanding every day. Would highly recommend for anyone else who’s intimidated by investing and doesn’t know where to start.

Range of funds is fantastic
Range of funds is fantastic, they can’t advise you on what to invest in but the available information is very helpful. Easy to follow and guidance if you get stuck (you shouldn’t) very easy to navigate the app and it’s also easy to follow the process of transferring and investment

Have a lifetime ISA with these guys
Have a lifetime ISA with these guys. Had a fund invested with them for over a year. They've then realised they don't hold that fund so froze my ability to sell or buy more of it. I've tried to sell this, and was asked to ring. Phone team is manned by AJ Bell not DODL, and they've told me that it can't be done over the phone.
Terrible for an online only platform to not be able to a simple sell transaction for a world index fund.

Competitive platform rates and intuitive app
The app is intuitive and all options are laid out clearly. There is a good selection of competitively priced investment options. Orders take a while to clear so in a volatile market you never quite know what price / quantity you're going to get. Customer services inevitably defaults to a bot which I didn't find anywhere near as helpful as e.g. Revolut's. Once I was put through to the team they were able to resolve my query quickly. I'd feel better if there was at least a basic option to administrate the account through a browser in the event I don't have access to the app e.g. if my phone was stolen or broken but there is always the web chat
