The bouquet looked nothing like the pictures on their website with fewer flowers, some of which weren’t even fresh, and an overall poor presentation. I’m extremely disappointed with their service. For the high price they charge, you’d expect quality and care, but what I received was a complete letdown. Totally unprofessional and careless. Save yourself the frustration and spend your money somewhere that actually values its customers. Once you make the payment, that’s it, there’s no guarantee you’ll receive the bouquet you ordered, and the surprise will likely be ruined. They don’t take responsibility for their mistakes and make no effort to fix

Extremely disappointed with the service. The bouquet looked way different, with fewer flowers than the pictures posted on their website. They messed up the delivery and ruined the surprise; I needed to intervene. Unprofessional, unreliable. Save your money for something else, guys!

Première et dernière fois pour ma part car commande non respecté le concept est bien même si le prix est quand même pas donné on attend quand même que nos choix sont pris en considération je suis stupéfaite que c'est eux qui choisis d'envoyer ceux qu'il veulent aux clients en ignorant mes choix surtout que je leurs ai envoyé une capture d'écran de ce que je voulais pour mon bouquet de cupcake et surtout pas très réactif sur WhatsApp et après avoir fait part de mon mécontentement plus un mot de leur part sa en dit long sur leurs professionalisme.

I have been a loyal customer who always ordered the most minimalist cakes, I now ordered something with a floral design, the cake my sister received was horrendous. I contacted them and they told me that I did not order a cake topper which would have made the difference. I wish I could upload pictures here, I paid approx £80 for that horrendous cake.

As a first time user, ordering from the UK, I was extremely impressed with Dodomarket from start to finish. The user-friendly ordering system and good selection of bouquets attracted me. Excellent communication via WhatsApp and email meant I was able to change a delivery date, alter a gift card message and be kept up to date with deliveries. I ordered 5 different flower arrangements and they were all beautiful and the recipients delighted with them. I’d definitely order from here again - first rate service.

Don't use it for "surprise gift" for birthday as, if you are not available at the exact time they can deliver it, they won't be able to delay the delivery of a single hour. And they let us know the exact time of the delivery just 15mn in advance!!!
