I recently received a new XL harness, replacing an older XL one that I had received as a gift. Although the harness itself was the same size as the original, the straps were very different. The velcro strap around the chest was 2 inches shorter and the buckle strap around the tummy was 5 inches shorter. The harness barely fit, and our dog had lost weight since receiving the original. I contacted the company and received an email asking that I check the current measurement chart. I had checked, and based on the listed sizes and the fact that the original one had fit, I had ordered the same size. Since then, I have emailed the company three times (once a week for three weeks) with no response. Interestingly, I was asked to write a review, which I did, but it has not been posted. As another reviewer said, only positive reviews are on the website. I do not recommend.

I ordered a winter jacket on 3/06/22 and as of 4/07/22 have yet to receive. I have made numerous inquiries as to when this may arrive and have been told to be patient. They cannot provide any helpful information outside of the tracking no. The last piece of information was that it was now in USPS hands since March 30. Attempts to get any information has been futile. They have completely removed themselves from any shipping details. I live in the US and understand that there may be delays but it has been in US since March 17.
Very concerned over the legitimacy of this purchase.

I ordered a new, non-personalized winter jacket from Doggykingdom. It took two weeks to ship and four weeks to arrive. I measured our dog according to their chart. Due to some reports of under sizing, I went up a size level on all measurements. Once I tried test fitting the XL sized product on our 35lb labradoodle, I realized there was no way we could even fully zip it up. Their refund policy tells me that since I "ordered the wrong size" and opened it (not that their measurements are way off) I can only get a 40% credit to order some other poorly fit product from them. I'm not sure how I could ever test fit it on the dog without opening it but they must think it's possible. Also, when I emailed them inquiring about the slow delivery, they directed me to read "SECTION 17A - MANUFACTURE OF OUR PRODUCTS". We are now using them as an example of poor customer service with our clients at our design firm.

This is my 4th Harness I have purchased from DoggyKingdom and everyone has been perfect!! The size and colors were correct as well as the Name & Number. I have tried several others that you can buy in stores or online and none compare, NOT EVEN CLOSE!! This is the BEST Harness you can get for your Dogs/Kids hands down. In the future when I get a new rescue the first thing he or she gets is a new harness from DoggyKingdom! No I don't work there nor did they pay me to say this, they are just that good!!

Our dog, Reilly is a Boykin Spaniel, a LEADER dog. He loves his new harness and we really like it as well. He is properly constrained and thus his leader pulls are more under our control. The look of it is great, good materials and his name and our contact number are well displayed in great contrast. This harness has a calming effect that makes us ALL feel better!

Had to re-order the harness for the correct size, but the other items purchased were as advertised and work well.

Had to reorder jackets for my dogs. It took awhile, but Doggykingdom came through and let me exchange for larger size. Thank you to all the team at Doggykingdom.

UPDATE: 5 days ago I wrote a review in regards to the 3 dog jackets I ordered not fitting and the belief of returning the items to Austria for store credit was poor customer service. I would like to update my review to a more favorable and satisfactory outcome.
I was contacted by Doggykingdom with an offer to replace the correct size jackets (at no cost to me) and NOT to worry about returning the smaller items( which I will donate to a shelter). I agreed to their offer because I liked their jacket product. This is a very generous offer on the companies part- one that I could not refuse. I am changing my original post to a more positive review- I would like to thank Doggykingdom for this offer.

I ordered a "lifetime warranty" harness for my 3 yr old boxer. I used it for about 4 weeks then during normal use the stitching holding the ring to the harness came apart, the ring came totally out of harness. Fortunately I was able to corral him before he ran into traffic. I reported this incident, sent pictures of the defective product, and requested a refund.

Ordered the winter jacket on November 11th. It's November 28th and it has not arrived. Coat comes from China so expect to wait. I would not purchase from them again.

Awesome!. I love the No Pull Harness! The quality is fabulous, and importantly, my dog likes it! I’ve tried so many and there was always something that wasn’t right. It certainly stops him from pulling. Other no pull harnesses clip at the front, and he doesn’t like that, and the front strap hung too low at times, despite fitting elsewhere. Love this harness

Discount codes offered and not applied! ZERO customer service. Claims to be a USA company in Florida but returns need to be shipped to Austria and product from CHINA.
RUN!!!!!!! In addition Doggiekingdom has gone to extraordinary lengths to silence this review by appealing to trust pilot. I had to edit my original post twice because I mention a large trusted national company by name that has superior customer service. You may know who it is!
If this company spent as much time developing a buisness strategy of honest and reasonable customer centric practices instead of trying to mute the truth they might find a scintilla if integrity.

Recently received this harness and aside from the long time it took to arrive, it fits perfectly.

My original review discusses Doggy Kingdom's terrible customer service policy. We ordered a dog vest, followed their guide exactly, but it didn't fit. When we asked if we could exchange it, the answer was to go pound sand, because "they're personalized". The personalization is a nametag they force you to add, and it's Velcro and comes right off. Absolutely no reason not to exchange it, but the best they would offer is we could buy another one at a small discount. Fine, we leave a bad review!

Later, they attacked us for this review. Using TrustPilot's verification to try to claim this wasn't a real purchase. We provided the order number and information and they reached out to us - lied - said if we changed our review they would offer to exchange it. Never happened, and they continued to push with TrustPilot even though they obviously knew we were legitimate customers.

Do yourself a favor and stay far away. Even outside of a ludicrous anti-customer return policy, they will play as dirty as they possibly can, including trying to take down your legitimate experiences from review sites, lie and claim they'd like to fix your complaint, then never deliver and continue pursuing censorship in the background. Truly nasty company.

Beware! Don't use their sizing chart they provide for your dog - it is inaccurate and the only way to get the correct size is to buy another one! The only thing custom about this order is the tear off name tags for the sides of the vest. The vests are all the same! You should be able to exchange the vest for correct size. So, you either have to buy a new one or you're left with nothing!

What a scam!!!

Ordered the No Pull harness because it had a handle and I thought it would be the ticket to help my dog up the stairs after surgery on her leg. If I had known it was going to take this long I would have never ordered. Also could not order harness with out having the dogs name put on it. If you need it in a hurry please buy elsewhere!!! Still waiting and its been 2 weeks.

I couldn’t use the harness as it made my dog break out in a terrible rash under her arm - the customer service is terrible and took 30 days to get bc it’s from China. Material is very cheap.

Save your money and buy elsewhere.

Ordered two harnesses for an upcoming event. While I figured it was made in China since everything is these days, I didn't expect it was going to be SHIPPED from China, and they didn't have distribution centers in the US. Tracking information is useless, shipments from China take forever and it won't arrive in time for it's intended purpose, a worthless purchase. The rep I chatted with put it all on me for not reading their 50,000 pages of gorgonzola and fine print. Well, excuse me...blame the customer, that's how you build customer loyalty. Fortunately, I was able to save 23 others in our group from making the same mistake, and they are looking for another supplier, as I am. Maybe it will arrive a year from now- or maybe not. Disreputable company.
