I wish I had read the review of this company before I ordered a waterproof dog bed from it. Very poor quality product. Disappointing after sales service.

Very Poor Quality and Disappointing Customer Service

I am extremely disappointed with this dog bed. After only a few weeks of normal use, the internal lining began to peel away. The bed was washed strictly in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, which clearly state that it can be hand washed.

Despite this, the company claimed the damage was “probably due to washing.” This raises an obvious question: why state that the product is washable if washing it causes it to deteriorate?

When I challenged this explanation, the company then accused my dog of biting or scratching the bed. This claim is entirely unfounded. The damage is to the internal lining inside the cover, and my dog does not chew or scratch his bedding.

The company has been completely unhelpful and has refused to replace what I believe to be a faulty product. Their refusal to do so suggests that this is not an isolated issue but rather a result of poor design and substandard manufacturing.

In my experience, this product is of very poor quality and failed after only a few weeks of normal use. I would not recommend this dog bed to others.

The online advert and website looked good and the product had good reviews on their own site. The site, however, was misleading. It read as though the product would be sent immediately from the UK. I was wrong. After a brief email exchange, I learned that my dog bed would take upto 8 weeks. As I was at a friend's place (postal address given for delivery) temporarily, this wouldn't have worked. I asked for a refund instead which they agreed to do with no fuss or hesitation. I have now received that refund. 4 stars for their no fuss customer support. 1 star deducted for their misleading website. Can't comment on the product as the order was cancelled.

dog bed took ages to arrive .. it has fallen apart within 4 weeks of use!! absolutely crap!!! Please don't buy from this site. It is a con site...

Item never turned up. Been close to 2 months. Not sure if this is a scam site

Wish I reviewed the company before purchase. Dog bed was too small and demolished within an hour - by my calm and disappointed Labrador! As the saying goes "Buy cheap, buy twice". Don't waist your money.

I wish I had seen these reviews prior to purchase - the reviews on the website are all glowing! The 'waterproof, tough, wipeable and comfortable dog bed' I ordered for over £60, turns out to be flimsy, poorly filled and in just over a month has a few tears and is now completely flat. This bed was not used outside and is a pure night time bed for the dog - so it has not been abused! Having contacted them I got the generic '14 day returns policy' cited to me with absolutely no acknowledgement of any issues only that they had to be fair to all customers by abiding by this policy. At this price point I expected a quality item, and it certainly does not reflect the website description. A good company would try to address genuine issues, and not avoid them completely and hide behind their return policy. I sincerely hope no one else invests in the products if this is indicative of the quality and customer service.

Dog Bed I received is not waterproof as described - after closer inspection i found the item to be damaged and the waterproof lining faulty.
After emailing the company to resolve this i get a reply to say they cant deal with items once used. The item is faulty and should have a warranty.
The service I have received is disgraceful - its like once they have your money they do not want to help .

Having bought several dog beds for my active Spaniel, we needed another waterproof and substantial bed. His last one lasted two years. The dog bed Dogiti sold us, started a wear very quickly in the middle where he sleeps, and 8 weeks in, it was almost in need of replacing. I contacted Dogiti, to report the unexpected poor quality of the item, and was told as I was out of the two week return window then I had no options, despite the complaint being about the quality of the bed, once it has been put to use. I rarely complain, but the bed was expensive and has not been misused. We are now seeking a replacement only 12 weeks in. Poor customer service. Needless to say as the quality was poor, and the customer service not great we will not be using nor recommending this company again.

Do not under any circumstances order anything from these people. Flimsy wrapping, dog bed torn on arrival, left on doorstep, refuse to acknowledge basic consumer rights such as right to a refund. Currently waiting for written commitment they will pay for cost of returning faulty goods, as they are legally liable to do so. If no reply forthcoming, we will begin legal proceedings and recourse to Trading Standards with a view to preventing them from selling in the UK.

Order a dog bed from them however it was not quite the right size.
I returned the Dog bed but they refuse to confirm that they have received and wont refund me.
Avoid at all cost.

This company offered a waterproof comfy dog bed for £60. On their site all the reviews give them 5 stars but you are unable to leave a review on the site so clearly I question now, where those reviews are from ? Bed took a long time to arrive but when it did I was sceptical if it would be waterproof and of course it wasn’t in the slightest. They offer a 30 day money back guarantee, or so it says on their website ! I contacted them via email to say it is not waterproof as advertised. They ask for pictures so I reply to their email and attach pictures showing how the water just soaks straight into it and does not just wipe of as they and their reviews claim.
A couple of days later they responded to my email with “ Please note that we can't accept a return because the bed has been used by dog”
The grammar in their email responses left me in no doubt that I would never receive a refund. I should have checked the reviews on here first. Lesson learned. Avoid at all costs, you will be disappointed, not fit for purpose. I certainly wouldn’t buy anything from them again, would not recommend them and write this honest review in the hope that someone else is not £60 out of pocket as I now am.

Don't buy that e collar for any reason at all.. All it did to my dog is randomly panishing her automatically without any reason with shock, without my persmission, upsolutely horrible product, unregulated, and they don't even want to take responsibility or refound. The collar has different levels of shock but it seems like it only uses one on any level udjusted. Everything about it is wrong, I don't know how many times it has punished my dog troughout the time used, and I was wandering why she was that stressed out.. upsolute madness

I have bought a bed from here and it’s terrible poor quality/thin cushion and not waterproof in the slightest I have emailed them to which I got a very short response so I have replied which reading the reviews on here they will not resolve wish I had checked reviews before buying wasted £60

Website said dog bed was 'durable and chew-resistant'. When my puppy chewed through it easily, the company would not refund. Terrible product, poor support. Do not buy.

I made the mistake of purchasing from this company. First worry was tracking showed order was coming from China. Second worry was the tiny size of the package delivered. The dog bed I ordered was thin, lumpy, not at all waterproof and not fit for purpose. Another bed ordered at same time never arrived. Will be contacting my credit card company for a refund. AVOID.

Bought a product from this company and is faulty, emailed them now 3 times, they replied once saying that’s how it’s meant to work!! No it isn’t… I sent them pics from the instructions provided with the item bought and no reply…! Emailed again twice no reply.

Dreadful company, bought a dog bed, asked for a refund via the support email, telephoned, different email address listed on PayPal so tried that one - no reply on any of these mediums. £50 wasted on a drop-shipped item from China. Do not waste your money. They also gather your information to sell on. Be warned do not buy from this company!

The pictures they show on their web site do not represent what you get . I paid £47 for a dog bed and it’s of the poorest quality . They are ripping people off and should be stopped . Please do not order from them !!!!

Terrible company. Product didn't work. Then wouldn't accept a return, even though i paid for delivery. They stated it had to be within 14 days, even though we notified them of the issue well within time. These guys don't care. They just want your money.
