J’ai commandé moi aussi avant d’avoir vu les avis hélas et je me trouve confrontée au même problème,la poupée n’a rien à voir avec ce que j’ai commandé,elle est affreuse,c’est pour le Noel de ma petite fille,je sais pas si je vais lui offrir car j’ai honte d’offrir ça,en plus elle perd ses cheveux à foison qui se collent sur son corps,j’ai fait un litige PayPal,mais ils me proposent en premier un remboursement de 15%,que je refuse,cinq minutes après 25%,je refuse encore car je ne suis pas satisfaite,je demande donc un ticket retour,refuse,c’est à mes frais(75€!!),du coup ils me proposent un remboursement intégral si je renvoi la poupée,résultat je vais débourser 75€pour rien avoir!!non non ce n’est pas une blague,c’est une ARNAQUE,d’ailleurs dans leur réponse ils avouent que le photographe a pu retoucher un peu la photo,mais non c’est carrément un autre objet !!J’espere que PayPal va bien voir que j’ai raison car 150€ pour cette M…E!!Alors surtout n’achetez pas chez eux🙏🙏🙏Cordialement

J’ai bien reçu la poupée, et franchement je suis agréablement surprise. Avec tous les avis négatifs, j’avais un peu peur, mais au final aucun regret ! Elle est vraiment magnifique, les détails sont superbes et elle correspond parfaitement à la description. Je recommande sans hésiter !

J'ai fait une commande de poupée pour ma fille à Noël une sommes de 200€ et je n'ai pas du tout reçu la même j'ai prévenu que j'allais faire un signalement car il ne voulait pas me faire un remboursement et le site a disparu directement de sur Google je vai les signaler

Une honte ! une horreur ! Énorme arnaque ! La photo ne reflète pas du tout ce que l'on reçoit ! la photo est travaillée de façon à donner une certaine illusion ! je demande retour, remboursement, bébé à poitrine aux pieds déformés ! les mains aucun rapport, les cheveux enracinés de très mauvaise conception, à l'achat j'ai créé un compte client, comme par hasard je ne suis pas reconnu, je ne peux communiquer avec e vendeur, ni laisser un avis !J'ai tenté aujoud'hui d'afficher votre page facebook. Hier j'y ai laissé un commentaire avec les photos qui montrent l'arnaque, et aujourd'hui l'accès à votre page m'est bloqué, je ne suis pas "autorosé" à y accéder, selon le message de Facebook la page ne s'affiche pas... Bravo !! malhonnête jusqu'au bout !

Votre discours n'est que du vent, vous répondez la même réponse à tout le monde Quel que soit le problème.
Vous m'avez banni et interdit votre page Facebook après avoir posté mon mécontentement avec phots à l'appui, post qui a été bien sûr supprimé.
Je me suis connecté avec un autre contact sans problème et pu voir que mon avis avec les photos avait été supprimé !
Vous ne répondez pas aux mails, aux réclamations,
Heureusement que j'ai payé par Paypal, pour être remboursé par eux directement

Doll arrived today Blanco definately not what i thought i was getting just does not look like a "realistic lifelike baby" which they claim on their website. Totally disappointed and not happy at all - looking for a full refund -just looks like a run of the mill doll. Could have bought a doll for a quarter of the price elsewhere.

My daughter doll for Christmas turned up today. A lot smaller then I thought it would be and nothing like the 1 I order. This site is obviously a scam but I stupidly didn't research before spending nearly $90. I suggest to look elsewhere for a reborn because this site is a SCAM I would add pictures if it would allow.

Très mauvaise expérience, j’ai acheté une petite poupée pour ma fille. Les cheveux sont tombés au bout de même pas une semaine je leur ai écrit. Ils m’ont proposé de me rembourser 25 % ce que je n’ai pas eu le choix d’accepter car au départ je voulais un échange mes il non pas voulu , et finalement, je n’ai jamais eu ce remboursement!
Très déçu vu le prix

Bonjour j’ai commandé un bébé dans ce site et franchement j ai bien reçu la poupe mais j’avais pris 22 pouce et quand je les mesure elle fait 49 cm et j’ai déjà un autre bébé qui fait 22 pouce et bien lui il est plus grand que dans leur site les cheveux de mauvaise qualité franchement j’espère que un jours leur site seras supprimé

I recieved Daisy 74,19.
They insist that it was the write order.
Unfortunately I cant attach the pictures.
If I was a lawyer I went them to the court.
I beg you, if someone can do this, I will be very grateful.

The doll I ordered and payed for looks nothing like advertised and certainly is not worth the 85€ I paid for it.
The website has a complete and well explained return/refund policy, but when contacted, keeps trying to conveince me to keep the doll and get only partial refund.
Also, the company seems to be located in UK, but the doll came from China. Not at all clear in the website.
On positive note, everyone in costumer service seems to be very polite. But I wouldn't recommend this website to anyone trying to buy a reborn doll.

Total scam.
100$ for a plastic doll that you can buy for 10$.
Nothing match. Nothing.
I wished I have checked the reviews.
It is sad that we cannot post pictures so you all could have compared the one we have ordered and the fake one.
So sad to see the look of my daugher when she unpacked the doll

J'ai acheté un quit sue sue sur dollish reborn dolls. Quand je l'ai reçu la poupée était très bien emballée et il y avait une odeur de bébé. La poupée et très jolie !!!!Je recommande ce site. 😁

Terrible! The doll looked nothing like the picture. Do not buy! My daughter waited months for her ‘reborn doll’ and picked the one she wanted. When her brother was born, she was given this ‘reborn doll’ and it looked nothing like what she wanted. The doll is painted orange, and the fingers look grotesque. The body looks so strange and nothing like a baby. It was heartbreaking to see the look of disappointment on her face when she saw it was nothing like the picture she wanted. It is a complete fake. Do not buy. I wish I read these reviews before hand

I ordered a doll from the site for my daughter. It arrived after 2 weeks, it turned out to be a copy of the one I ordered, my daughter liked it very much. The company is serious and there are no scams! You can easily make your child and family happy! They respond to messages and have link to them! The doll looks great, matches the picture. Although it is hard to believe among these bad reviews, the site is not a scam and I will trust the website again in the future!!!

I ordered the 22 Inches Blanco Truly Soft Reborn Baby Doll for my Nieces 10th Birthday as she desperately wanted a real baby doll. I found this website and ordered without even looking at the reviews, I read the reviews only after I had already bought the doll and accessory set and I was sooo worried that I had been scammed, however to mine and my nieces joy it was absolutely perfect and is exactly what I ordered. I know that might be hard to believe given the awful reviews but I am so happy and I can confirm 100% that this company is not a Scam site.

They are horrible fakes, I bought 2 of them and insted 2 reborn dolls I got 2 cheep dolls,nothing was as în the picture presented online the site,not the face,hair,hight..they are using stolen rewiews from the original site too. I threatend them and only after this they send me 80% of the monney....someone should close their business...they sell on wohoo and amazon....unbeliveble

I ordered an avatar-reborn, on their website and payed 110,89$ for it, they promised that their dolls are made of silicone, but the doll i received was not made of silicone, it was made of the same material as cheap baby-dolls from toy stores are made of 😡 They hide behind an American webpage, but the firm is probably placed somewhere in China, cause when it was being shipped to me, it was shipped from China. So DON’T fall for it 🙏🏻 They even warn customers, on their website about the reviews here on trustpilot and tell customers that the reviews here, are fake, i believed them and i really regret that now 😢

Do NOT order from Shannaboo. The doll I received was not the pictured one I ordered. The head, hands & feet are PLASTIC!!!! The yarn for hair was white (ordered brown) & skimpy and glued to head. Gaps showed easily when moved out of position. Sweater was unraveling down the front. I paid almost $40 for this doll & it’s not worth $3 at a dollar store. It also came in a plastic bag & not a box for shipping. SCAM.

First off I want my money back this doll was $145 they stated she will open and close her eyes and she dont the bottle nor pacifier is magnetic. The doll is very horrible. I would never recommend them.
