we take every review seriously, so we checked our customer accounts, orders, trading accounts, payout requests and support tickets. We could not find anything that matches this review, and our request for details through Trustpilot has not received a reply.
All of our rules are published in full on dolvero.com and in the Edge dashboard before any purchase, and they are the same for every trader. When an account is closed for a rule breach, the trader receives a full compliance report with the exact trade, timestamp and rule involved. Every payout we make is listed on our public ledger.

we take every review about payouts very seriously, so we checked the details you shared with us through Trustpilot against our customer accounts, orders, trading accounts and payout requests. We could not find any account or payout request that matches them.
Every payout request at Dolvero receives a confirmation email, and if a request is ever declined, the trader gets the exact reason in writing. Every approved payout is also listed on our public ledger.

This prop firm is full shaddy things I opened a btcusd and they tell me i failed my account I was $280 in profits,they said there will be jpy news how does that affect my btc trades and how does 2 entries entered from same minutes affect 1 entry to close and the other to still float,this scamming just because I bought the challenge with $12 and made %200 but later the problem was solved and I did not make any violation thanks to the team happy to trade again best luck

This is the second breach on this account in three days. The first, on
13 September, was for holding BTCUSD over the weekend. We reset that account
back to $5,000 free of charge,
That reset was a one-off courtesy.
At Dolvero the rules are locked from day one. Every account is issued with a
Trading Rules Agreement listing every rule the risk engine applies, with the
exact figures frozen for the life of that account, signed by both sides and
sealed. You signed yours on 11 September at 15:25 UTC, before you placed a
single trade. It is public, and anyone reading this can open it:

The News Trading rule is in that document. It restricts opening a position
within 30 minutes of a high-impact release, and it is not limited to the
currency named on the calendar. Canadian CPI moves the US dollar through
USD/CAD, and gold is priced in US dollars, so XAUUSD reacts within seconds. A
rule covering only the event's own currency would protect nothing, because the
spike lands on everything quoted against the dollar.
The position was opened two minutes before the release, and a second one
seventeen minutes after it. Both were inside the window. The rule measures only
the moment a position is opened; a position already held may be carried through
the window and closed inside it. The result does not enter into it, and both of
your trades were in profit.
We have sent you the full explanation by email with the exact timestamps. If any
line of it is wrong, tell us which one and we will look again.
You are free to keep this review and we will not ask you to remove it. Locked
rules only mean something if we apply them the same way to everyone, including
when it costs us a star.

UPDATE – Issue resolved and payout received
I am updating my original review because I believe it is only fair to acknowledge when a company takes responsibility and resolves a complaint.
Following my review, Dolvero's CEO, Michal Król, contacted me personally and investigated the matter.
During our discussions, he acknowledged that my Instant Funded account dashboard had incorrectly displayed the payout requirements applicable to a standard two-phase account. This was the main source of my confusion regarding the payout requirements.
Although Dolvero maintains that the correct 10 qualifying days requirement was disclosed elsewhere before purchase, I had relied on the information displayed directly within my account dashboard when assessing my payout eligibility.
Most importantly, Michal offered to resolve the dispute by honouring my $146 payout despite the account subsequently being closed, and I can now confirm that the payout has been processed and received successfully.
I appreciate the CEO taking the complaint seriously, communicating with me directly and ultimately resolving the matter.
My original concerns about the clarity of the payout requirements were genuine, but I also believe in giving credit where it is due. Dolvero resolved my complaint and paid me the $146 as promised.
I am therefore updating my review to reflect the positive resolution and my experience with how the company handled the complaint.

Your response does not change my experience with Dolvero.
Managing and trading this account turned out to be a complete waste of my time. The key issue is that the payout information presented to me did not clearly state that I had to make at least $25 per day for 10 qualifying profitable days before I could receive my first payout.
You say this requirement existed elsewhere in your terms and promotional material, but the payout requirements I was presented with stated a minimum of 5 trading days, account in profit, no rule violations in the last 30 days, and one payout request per week. If the 10 × 0.5% requirement is such an important condition for receiving a payout, it should have been made absolutely clear and prominent at checkout and on the payout requirements, not something a trader discovers or has to investigate later.
More importantly, this was sold as an Instant Funding account. If I must achieve a specific minimum profit on 10 separate days before I can access any payout, then in practical terms you have introduced a performance target before withdrawal.
What is the point of paying for an Instant Funding account if I still have to work towards a structured profit requirement similar to an evaluation?
Regarding the daily loss limit, I am fully aware the account was closed at a loss. After discovering the payout restriction, I had already lost confidence in the account and decided I was no longer interested in continuing to trade it. That does not change the reason for my complaint.
From my perspective, I spent my time managing the account and reaching the withdrawal amount, only to find another significant hurdle standing between me and my payout. The whole experience has seriously damaged my trust in Dolvero and makes me question whether the structure is designed to make payouts unnecessarily difficult.
I have closed the account and will not be continuing with Dolvero.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Dolvero.
I have now reached the minimum amount required to request a payout. However, when I attempted to withdraw my profits, their system prevented me from doing so and suddenly informed me that I must complete 10 profitable trading days, with each day making at least 0.5% ($25).
The payout requirements that were presented to me stated:
• Minimum 5 trading days completed
• No rule violations in the last 30 days
• Account must be in profit
• Maximum 1 payout request per week
There was no mention of needing 10 profitable days or making a minimum of 0.5% on each of those days.
I traded the account based on the rules that were presented to me. It is extremely concerning to reach the payout stage only to discover an additional condition preventing me from withdrawing my profits.
I have asked Dolvero to show me exactly where this 10-day/0.5% requirement was disclosed when I purchased or activated the account.
I will update this review depending on how Dolvero handles my complaint and, most importantly, whether they honour and process my payout under the requirements originally presented to me.
For now, I would advise anyone considering Dolvero to carefully document and screenshot all payout rules before purchasing an account.

Thank you for the fair update; not everyone takes the time to write one, and we appreciate it.
To confirm the resolution for anyone reading: the requirements panel inside the dashboard misidentified the account type and showed the wrong payout conditions. This affected only the dashboard view after the account was purchased. Before purchase, the correct requirement of ten qualifying days was stated on the offer page, during checkout, in the account rules and in the Terms. The dashboard mistake was ours, it has been corrected for every account, and the payout was honoured in full.
We are glad this ended with a direct conversation rather than a standoff. Good trading, wherever you trade.
