Blatant scam making a "solicitation" look like an invoice. Fine print says "This is not a bill." Which is why it's not considered theft, just "deceptive marketing."

Blatant scam making a "solicitation"…
Blatant scam making a "solicitation" look like an invoice. Fine print says "This is not a bill." Which is why it's not considered theft, just "deceptive marketing."
Don’t pay it
They make this look legitimate and should be reported as fraudulent services. I’ve received these looking like a standard invoice and I have never done business with them because they don’t provide any actual service.
Do not be deceived, please!
I received a statement in the mail that looks just like an invoice, as many others have said. The information is misleading and looks like they are providing a service for a reasonable price, but sadly, in fact, it is a scam. For $288 they promise to provide a service that can be obtained for free. That's pretty bad. My business name and information is listed on hundreds of directories for free right now. $288 is not only expensive, it's an absolute rip off. I've been had by other similar scams, and it's stealing. I would like to thank Domain Listings for one thing, however. My blood pressure and heart rate were quite low before receiving their notice, and now my heart is being exercised strongly. Thanks for that! On another note, there are 5-star reports here, and I would like to say that they are left either by people who are so ignorant about this subject that they don't realize that they were scammed, or they are insiders trying to prop-up a horrible scam. Thanks for reading.
The sent to us Oneminers invoice asking…
The sent to us Oneminers invoice asking for 288$ for no reason. We never cooperated with this company . Domain Listing LLC is pure scam and it is almost CRIMINAL activity. It looks like they are sending invoices to all companies interpenetrating their official domain registry provider. STAY AWAY. It is a SCAM SCAM SCAM.
They constantly spam my company with bills
They constantly spam my company with what look like bills related to the domain name registry. while the fine print does say "THIS IS NOT A BILL...," it is deliberately worded to give the impression that it is a domain name renewal notice for a website.
This is a SCAM
This is a SCAM. When I called to ask to cancel and receive a full refund. The manager Kim rudely hung up on me. Do not fall for their SCAM INVOICE.
This company are basically scammers and grifters.
This company has poor ethics. They sent what is basically SCAM invoice. Even though they put in the text it is not an invoice but a solicitation, the letter is very carefully crafted to look like an invoice and give a sense of urgency. And if you believe people would notice, no they don't - my boss contacted me to know why they wanted 288.00USD. It is dishonest and only companies with poor ethics and scammers do this.
Extremely Misleading and Deceptive Billing Practices — Do Not Pay Them
I would give Domain Listings, LLC zero stars if I could.
For years, this company has mailed me invoices designed to make it appear as though they manage or renew my business domain name. They do not. I have used Wix for approximately 15 years without any problems, and my legitimate domain registration fees are already paid automatically through Wix.
In my opinion, these notices are deliberately misleading. They appear to be official domain-renewal invoices and warn that failing to pay could result in my domain being locked. This creates unnecessary fear and pressure, especially for business owners who may not realize that Domain Listings, LLC is not their actual domain registrar.
I called the company to question the invoice. Instead of providing a clear and professional explanation, the woman who answered was extremely rude, became angry with me, and hung up the phone.
Based on my experience, I consider this company completely untrustworthy and its billing practices highly deceptive. Before sending them any money, verify your domain registrar directly through the company you normally use. Do not assume that this notice is a legitimate renewal bill simply because it looks like an invoice or mentions your domain name.
Anyone who has already paid this company after being misled should keep all invoices and correspondence, dispute the charge if possible, report the matter to the appropriate consumer-protection authorities, and consider seeking legal advice.
UPDATE AFTER THE COMPANY’S RESPONSE:
After reading the company’s public response, I called the same number again and learned that the woman I had previously spoken with was named Kim.
I explained that, regardless of the small-print disclaimers they now emphasize, the document they mailed is clearly formatted to look like an invoice demanding payment. Kim’s response was shocking. She asked whether there was someone who spoke English better than I did and said that she wanted to speak with that person instead.
Let that sink in: rather than respectfully addressing a legitimate consumer complaint, this company’s representative attacked my English ability and attempted to dismiss me because of the way I speak. In my view, her remark was blatantly discriminatory, racially offensive, and completely unacceptable. When I turned the same question back on her, she once again hung up the phone—exactly as she had done during our previous conversation.
This second interaction makes the company’s public apology ring completely hollow. They publicly claim that such behavior is “not the standard” they hold themselves to, yet when I called again, the same employee responded with another insulting and discriminatory remark before hanging up on me a second time.
A professional company would investigate the complaint, treat the customer with dignity, and provide a clear explanation. Instead, I was insulted because of my English and denied any meaningful opportunity to discuss the misleading appearance of their mailer.
I now have even less trust in Domain Listings, LLC than I did when I wrote my original review. Their public response may sound polite, but my direct experience with their representative tells a very different story. Consumers—especially immigrants and people for whom English is not their first language—should be extremely cautious when dealing with this company.

Scam Royale
Went to the address provided to be put on DNC list- it did not work. Called the phone number to be taken off the list and the woman cut me off as I tried to provide my domain address to be removed, then she hung up on me. I called back and said I thought we were disconnected and she said no we weren't then hung up again. I called back and said, Ma'am would you please stop hanging up so that we can have a quick conversation? She said no and hung up on me again. I have also emailed them but do not expect that to be a success either.
Mail Fraud
Absolute scam. This company's practice is the definition of MAIL FRAUD,
Mail fraud and wire fraud are terms used in the United States to describe the use of a physical (e.g., the U.S. Postal Service) or electronic (e.g., a phone, a telegram, a fax, or the Internet) mail system to defraud another, and are U.S. federal crimes. Jurisdiction is claimed by the federal government if the illegal activity crosses interstate or international borders.

Received a "bill" in the mail
Received a "bill" in the mail. Looked legit so i paid it. Was informed it has nothing to do with our actual website. Went to the website and the info page stated we could easily get a refund. I'm not sure their definition of easy but the phone rang the first time and was disconnected. Called multiple times following and it gave a busy signal. Finally reached someone after 10x dialing. The rep was absolutely nasty in attitude. When i struggled to hear her on the phone, she hung up on me. I called back and had busy signal for another 5 call attempts. Got back through again and was hung up on because i didn't have last 4 of card ready. Went through the same process many times. She was nasty again and I told her I was sorry she was having such a rough day. Hung up on me again. Again, had to dial multiple times to get back through. Had my "member ID #" for her and she said it can be 10 days before refund is back in account. She hung up immediately on me when i was thanking her for her help. I hope she has a better life. The world is hard enough as it is to have to live every day so angry.

Misleading Domain Renewal Notice Disguised as an Invoice
This company's solicitation practices are extremely misleading. They send official-looking notices designed to make recipients believe they are the legitimate provider or that immediate payment is required to maintain their domain registration. In reality, these mailings appear to be marketing solicitations disguised as invoices.
If you receive one of these notices, read it very carefully and verify your actual domain registrar before sending any payment. Companies should earn customers through honest business practices, not through deceptive and misleading mailings that resemble bills or renewal not
I needed to make sure my contact…
I needed to make sure my contact information was changed on my listing because my phone number changed. Thankfully I was able to do so with ease and without any hassle. The team responded to me right away and I just am happy that Domain Listings is staying dedicated to providing me as a customer great service.

This is a scam
This is a scam. We received two bills in the mail and called to get the issue corrected. Instead of helping, the representative was rude, dismissive, called my Supervisor a derogatory name, and then hung up on her.
They do nothing with renewing your websites domain, and are just an online "directory".

This is a scam - do not pay them - do not respond to their snail mails - this business exists for the sole purpose of lying about being a website registry service and stealing money from people who think their url is about to expire.

At first, I was unsure about the letter, but after reading everything properly, I realized it’s just an optional directory listing service. I actually decided to try it, and the process was smooth. The listing went live quickly, and I appreciate the exposure it provides for my domain. No issues so far.

Seems like the whole company is a scam
We received an invoice and it seemed that we needed to pay for our email hosting. We were scammed and paid it once. They automatically charged again for the next year. I called to get information and the woman who answered who would not give her name was rude and unhelpful. I requested a refund 5 different times with no response and the last call I was hung up on by the rep who answered the phone.
