Fantastic experience from start to finish from a local company who put customer service at the very heart of their business. Everyone we dealt with (Dale, Matty, Nikki etc) were helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly, which is what a lot of people don't do right, had excellent communication skills. On the day of the install the lads arrived on time eager to get started, they were polite, neat & tidy and worked hard all day. Given we'd had a new patio laid last year we were a bit worried about something happening to it and although we'd protected it we needn't have worried, from the scaffold lads to the solar panels going up, care & attention was taken by them all. We are thrilled to bits with our new Sigenergy system, haven't paid for electricity so far this week! A massive thank you to Domelec, a truly outstanding experience 😊

Had solar panels and battery installation 6 months ago on our 3 storey flat roofed house. We chose them as they were local to us and that seemed important especially if we needed anything tweaking post installation. Domelec were professional throughout. Staff in the office also very pleasant to communicate with. The installers were careful around our property and left it very tidy. Aftersales relationship also very good. Would highly recommend them.
