Dominos Pizza Opiniões 

After seeing the mostly negative reviews on TRUST-PILOT, I find I am in the minority of having enjoyed my visits to my location in Hicksville, NY. My pies while not always correct in toppings, are an easy fix. Regardless of that, I have always gotten very good pizza, all topping, all crusts, and the way in which they cook the pie to be, in my opinion, quite good. Because we are outside of their delivery area, I just saw that UBER is now partnered with Domino’s to get deliveries in the areas that each neighboring Domino’s fall short of reaching all edges of the “farthest they will travel for a delivery.” It isn’t an issue for my husband to pick up, but he is in his 70’s now and his eyesight is not the best in the evening so we would rather to save his on the road during sundown to a minimum. Emergencies for the most part. The pie we enjoy the most is the XL16” New York Style Pizza crust, their robust sauce, cheese, and ham as our topping. We each have 2 slices and leaves us enough for the following dinner or at very least lunch. Our local shop has been owned and operated by the same man for years and he is nice to everyone who comes in. I will continue to frequent this stores location. I only took off for the several times I have received the wrong toppings.

Just ordered a Domino's pizza off the app, Tallaght, and I have to say it was shocking. Service wasn't delivered in a hot bag as normal. It looks like the driver just sat on it in the shop until he got to my home. I know you don't pay well, but have some class and make sure your staff have a uniform on or have some class about their food is getting expensive enough and delivery charges are getting higher, so show a bit of class next time my food comes, like the way it is getting sent back

Nachos had no chicken not worth the 5.99 and mac and cheese for 7.99 small portions for the price about 15 nachos

Second time - pizza burned/ dry and no taste. Last time wrote complaint, no answer, this time probably will be the last time. We ordered from Domino Lucan.

Got robbed by the delivery driver.Have been assaulted numerous times by delivery drivers at wilcrest store in Houston TX.Asked for my money back from corperate.No response after 2 weeks.Deleted my account.Hope they go to hell where they belong.I don't want the pizza you leave in my fridge in '97 glenn

Dominos Drogheda.So disappointed. Not just the taste of the pizza, but got a call that one of the ingredients is not available, and reimbursement for that, paid the same as with that. And on top of that delivery charges... 4.50... FFS. 2kms away. Will never order again.

Second time the order took more than an hour and had to call to find out thet the driver couldn't find the address even i had registered the encode within their app

Today 12/22/2024 IN BUTLER, PA I ordered a Medium NY STYLE Pizza with Sausage/Pepperoni it was the nasty, greasy pizza ever. Gave it to the neighbor I will not ever order shit from dominos again. I will be contacting their corp.office to file a complaint

I don't think delivery companies give a damn about problem deliveries these days. The driver seemed to be nearby but then went in another direction. Store phone number unavailable and then left on hold for ages. How can someone not follow a map on a phone giving them moment by moment directions? Dominos doesn't care if they've ruined your evening: there's no live customer contact just emails and feedback which they "really appreciate". Years of custom but NEVER again. I wonder if the police will ever begin investigating these companies for ripping off customers?

Cold food and poor customer service. Our food arrived cold, I phoned the store for them to blame the Notting forest football traffic. They offered to send another but I was told it would be the same as the traffic was still bad. I requested a refund this was denied not company policy!

quand j'ai appelé personne ne répond au téléphone, il a fallut s'y prendre à plusieurs reprises. quand on a quelqu"un au bout du fil on me dit que c'est "NORMAL" car y a beaucoup de commandes, au lieu de juste s'excuser.... le livreur arrive et ne s'excuse même pas non plus, quand j'explique mon mécontentement il me réponds : vous auriez dû venir à pieds alors !!! juste inadmissible! je décide d’appeler la pizzeria pour avoir des explications, la personne me hurle dessus et me raccroche au nez... des personnes mal élevées et aucun respect de la clientèle. plus JAMAIS !!! ça aura été ma dernière commande !

Ordered a pizza at 7.05pm on the app, It hadn't arrived by 8.30 so I tried to call the store, they answered the phone at 9pm to be told my pizza order was on its way. I asked to speak to the manager who then confirmed it still had not been made and that he would refund me and still send the pizza out as compensation. The order arrived at 10pm and was freezing cold and looked like it had been made hours ago. It went in the bin, and guess what NO refund and I've contacted the head office team and NO response. What a dreadful service.

Really disappointing experience at the new Store Pendleton Salford. I was firstly stood in the empty shop for over 5 minutes, before I was acknowledged by staff, granted they all looked busy behind the counter . I handed the guy a voucher for a free pizza, that I was given a few days ago , as part of their new store opening. The voucher was valid until Wednesday 1st December 2024. So it said . Today is Sunday 1st December, so this made no sense. When I handed the voucher to the chap, he looked at the clock and said we're busy , this runs out at 4pm . It was just past 4pm and I had been stood there a while in any case. I said it doesn't state this on the voucher, and it also says valid till Wed 1st, but today is the 1st and it's Sunday . He said we're busy . I told him I was using the voucher to get a pizza for a homeless man who was sat opposite the store.
I don't normally write reviews, unless they're positive, but genuinely felt the staff member was rude. If what he said , not available after 4pm was in the voucher terms and his attitude was better , I would have happily bought the pizza anyway .
As a new business, I'd say to be successful, you should treat your customers better . I went to another local takeaway and bought the homeless guy some food.

Ordered a pizza online for Longford, new store, went to collect and stood in the store 90 minutes, they need to get their act together, and still no delivery

SLOUGH, BATH ROAD BRANCH. DISGUSTING PEOPLE WHO BREAK HEALTH AND SAFETY LAWS AND IGNORE CONSUMER RIGHTS ACT.
I ordered a pizza which was inedible when it arrived. Contacted the store who offered a voucher for half the price i paid. But when i tried to use the voucher a few days later they refused to honour it or refund my money. I have tried phoning them for weeks and got nowhere. I cant afford to waste £24 and Im entitled to a refund. So have reported them to trading standards. Will probably have to go via small claims court to get any money back from these thieves. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE, UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET FOOD POISONING AND LIKE BEING RIPPED OFF.

The damage the Citywest branch is doing to the brand is amazing.. hat's off!! Avoid ordering from these clowns, they are quick enough to take your money, yet avoid being accountable on any level for their mistakes.

My order took over 40mins to deliver after apparently being out for delivery we live 8mins from the shop the loaded chips were stone cold and rubbish anyway
After phoning the shop the person didn’t speak hardly any English the tracker wasn’t working again and to top it up the delivery driver didn’t speak a single word of English. Absolutely expensive and rubbish service
