My doer is a lifesaver!
I don’t know how I ran my business without my doer. She is amazing! We work as a team to generate ideas for my business. She has taken so much off my plate that I can concentrate on what really matters. It was the best business decision to hire Outsourced Doers.

HORRIBLE!
I just had a call with one of the Outsourced Doers and it was terrible. He was aggressive and rude. Basically said that if I was not willing to hire today then there was no point in speaking with him. He spoke way too quickly, I felt like I was on a time clock. I wanted to find out about the business and what they could do for me and give an overview of their services and pricing and he would not even give me that. If that is any indication of how working with this company would be then NO THANK YOU! Maybe they should look to get new sales people because he was the worst. Run away from this company, don't walk!

** Update to the reply - No thanks. I was also bombarded with messages and emails. I asked for emails and told clearly you only whatsapp. I was also told no you are mainly US based now. Sorry the supposedly Aussie founder needs to keep her staff Australian when speaking with potential Australian clients. Pls stop making excuses. Finally after many messages and blocking of numbers your pushy messages have stopped. I won't ever be 'reaching out'
The sales team is based in America. They claim and send you a video of the supposedly Aussie founder. Quote in US$. Their sales pitch is hard core, very scripted, rude and very in your face. They want $12k for 5 months. Try to overwhelm you with figures and deals. Wont email any information all whatsapp.Absolutely stay away.
Plenty other companies in Australia offering Australian services. Keep Walking

My Doer is an absolute delight to work with.  Her whole way of being is so welcoming and lovely, in perfect alignment with the 6 Intimacy Skills we practice at our organization.  I trust her immensely.

For someone like me who is used to do *all the things* on her own, having a Doer is simply life changing. I can start truly focusing on what I actually enjoy doing and things are still getting done. Magic. The whole onboarding process has also been a breeze.

They offer excellent training and a variety of options to choose from that benefit both the VA and the business owner. My VA has a very positive attitude and is always willing to learn or try new skills. We have been able to create a great working relationship and I look forward to continuing to find ways to grow my businesses as a team. He has taken so much of the administrative work off my plate, that for the first time I am finally able to devote time to strategy.

It has been one month since having a Doer and we have already set in place landing pages, facebook ads, funnels, email nurture sequences, etc. I thought VAs would only be helpful for regular, no brainer administration tasks so I kept delaying it, but with Outsource Doers, they have been able to help me with so many aspects of my business that I never could dedicate enough time to. Has truly helped my business (and my personal life) flourish!

A bit of confusion understanding the contract but the responsiveness of the company helped quickly answer my questions.

My doer Roxanne is fabulous. She works SO fast and efficiently and she is so friendly. She has taken an inexplicable load off of me and she is truly growing my business for me which leaves me time to be with my son, homeschool, take adventures, and coach. She learns fast, is very receptive to feedback, and anticipates our needs so often I don't even have to ask. I want to keep her long term and the coaches feedback on fb is a guiding light. Coach Brett is my favorite and I've had a few calls with him- always very helpful and encouraging.

OD provided a great Doer in Kenneth.

He has been extremely attentive, friendly and well versed in most areas of tech work, very impressed.

Yes - Our Doer is great

But to be frank, the office is pretty poor in communicating Invoices and Finance matters...you need to level up on that one !!

Don't we all hate those...promise the world, do and say anything to get your money...style of businesses, that we find online????

Then once we have your money .......meh.

Sort that stuff out guys !!!!

The team will make it right. The first doer I got matched with did not work out. I requested a change. The team found me a more suitable doer within a week. She just started this week, and things are going well. I like that OD's automated structured on boarding process for Doer and client, FB to bounce ideas with coachs, and calls with coaches. I feel confident that this remote working relationship could benefit my company tremendously. Highly recommend to any overwhelmed team leader.

I was hesitant in the beginning as it's an investment you need to make but it was well worth it. My Doer has been absolutely amazing, what she has done in 4 weeks would have taken me 6 months. It has been the best investment into my start up business and to my success. Looking forward to seeing how the next 5 months go!

My VA, Hannah is truly AMAZING. She is very responsible, self starter and motivated. She is the best hire and support I have on my team. I don't know what I would do without her! She has 10xd my productivity and relieved me of tasks that I truly did not have time or expertise in. She is willing to jump in and learn new things always.

I really didn't realize how much I was leaving on the table until I had someone helping me with the day to day tasks. My business is already changing and it's only been a month.
