Good customer service, my item was returned unfortunately by Royal Mail as the postmen struggle with access to my development.

I received a email from the customer services whom informed me my order was returned by Royal Mail, I give my business address where the item was resent.

Business did not ask for extra postage and customer support was 10/10

Absolutely love these melts and the room sprays. My favourite so far is the newest that arrived today 'So Fetch', smells beautiful. I have quite the range of wax melts now after my instant addiction. I did my first order within the last couple weeks and had to make another two orders since. Im usually a fruity melter but went for the perfumes scents and fresh scents also and so far 'Comforter' is my fav. Makes the place smell so fresh. Not been one i dislike so far and ive been burning different ones every day. I did have one minor problem with one missing and Rhi ( the company owner ) fixed it immediately. Definitely give the Wax Melts a go and the room sprays i 100% recommend. Also i have to add the care Rhi puts into making and packing and also the friendliness when she goes live. Definitely give them a go :)

The wax melts and room sprays are just so strong smelling! All orders I have placed have been packed with love and always received the correct items. The wax melt snap bars can last ages, one slab from the bar can be melted at least 3-4 times. I don’t think I’ve ever bought a new scent and not liked it as the scent descriptors are spot on!
