Great stuff
Very nice people who helped me get a lot of my luggage from my house and get it to my new apartment! The price is really good and communication with them is very easy. All my luggage looked very good and I am very happy with the service

DO NOT USE!! Out of ten boxes collected to be stored, they ‘lost’ eight of them and haven’t tried to find them - causing a great deal of distress. Absolute cowboys, avoid at all costs

I am so sorry about this situation - this is definitely not the type of service that we want to deliver.

We appreciate how important it is to keep our customer's belongings safe and we're extremely disappointed that this hasn't been the case on this occasion.
.
As you are aware we contracted DHL to collect your 10 items and deliver them to our storage warehouse but unfortunately only 2 of the 10 boxes collected were delivered to our storage warehouse.
.
I can see that one of our team has already contacted you and that your claim is in progress.

I know how distressing this is and would like to offer our sincere apologies.

Great storage service in Bath
Used in Bath for storing uni student’s things over the summer between halls and rented local accommodation. Great service and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Good service, but communication could be better
I am generally very happy with this company. They offer exactly the service I need for quite a good price. However, their communication isn't the best and left me a bit anxious about whether my boxes will actually be delivered, as they didn't let me know in advance. But eventually, I got them exactly on the day I ordered!

Great service
Great service. All my sons Uni stuff stored until he moves into a student house in late September! Collection from Bay Campus was very easy to arrange with us being able to agree the collection time after 1pm to give us time to pack. Packing materials recommended as very good quality. Will be using again next Summer! Thank you.

Worst Student Storage in UK
Terrible Student Storage service in the UK. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I was a student in Cardiff packing my items for storage and on the day of collection (July 2022), i was not given a time slot but rather 10 hours of waiting for the driver to come collect and now in Sept 2022 I requested for re delivery on the website and it stated 5 day delivery but its been almost 6 days with no update. All they can say is “You should receive your time slot on the day of delivery” Terrible service ran by rude people when talking on the phone
