My 💜 Is So Happy
Recently, I went to their website because of the awesome 420 merchandise, I have yet to purchase anything. But, today I received an email, “ A Note from Dop3Merch's Founder” and with over two and a half decades in customer service, this made my heart so happy. The dedication to their craft, compassionate customer service, and the integrity this company has is wonderful! I can’t wait to start my Christmas shopping!

Has my order gone up, in smoke? 💨
First of all, I LOVE your stuff, however, I ordered, and paid for a pair of Pajamas, with a free tumbler, on 11-02-24, and have yet to receive it, or even a notification, that it has been shipped. This is beginning to worry me, as I have been ripped off, online, in the past. Can you please contact me, and let me know what’s going on, with my purchase? Thank you, in advance. Kelly Smith

Thank you for reaching out and for your kind words about our products—we truly appreciate your support! I completely understand your concerns, and I’m here to provide clarity.
We actually responded to your email yesterday, but it seems that you haven't read it. There was a mix-up with the email address you entered when placing the order. Specifically, it looks like you accidentally entered IrishLass6969@yahoo.com instead of your correct email, irishlass6960@yahoo.com, which caused the notifications to be sent to the wrong address. We’ve now updated your email in our system to ensure this doesn’t happen again.
Good news! Your order, placed on November 2nd, has already been shipped. You can track its progress using this link:
https://www.yuntrack.com/parcelTracking?id=YT2431021272226733
We apologize for any inconvenience this mix-up may have caused and appreciate your understanding. Please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions or concerns—we’re always here to help!
Thank you again for choosing Dop3Merch. We can’t wait for you to enjoy your new pajamas and tumbler!
