100% Legit
I’ve been scammed on a small scale by on line retailers before but this company is 100% legit. Their customer service was superior to most and the product came exactly as designed. Additionally, our design was custom with zero up charge. Highly recommend and will definitely buy again.

Disappointed Grandson …
I ordered this for My grandson for Xmas for Christmas in good time and it did not arrive
I have given 2 stars as they promptly reply to emails which I have sent numerous up to Christmas asking for a delivery date with no confirmation Consequently one very disappointed grandson who we told it fell of santas sleigh over Amsterdam !!!

Thank you for your review, I'm truly sorry this happened, especially when it was meant to be a Christmas gift for your grandson.
For transparency, a number of UK bound parcels shipped in early December were unexpectedly delayed at the Amsterdam E International Mail Centre after being recorded as ready for the Royal Mail network. Sadly, some have not moved on in time for Christmas, despite our continued follow-ups with the carriers.
What matters most now is making this right. We are actively remaking and sending out replacement signs so that anyone affected by this issue is not left without their order.

Great individualized service
Great individualized service. I wanted a special one of a kind personalized gift for my son and his wife but had no idea how to design it. They worked with me through emails until they designed just what I was looking for. Price was good, workmanship was excellent, shipping was traceable from start to finish. Light is awesome. I cant wait to see their faces when I give it to them at Christmas.Definately recommend and will buy from again. Thanks!

Received our personalised bar sign last week and couldn't be happier. Went with the multi colour option as we couldn't decide which one to choose and it didn't disappoint. Select any colour or set to alternate flashing colours.... it looks amazing.

I ordered twice a sign (once a game design, the other time an uploaded own design) and the service was really great. For the own design, there was interaction with Rose from the company because my original design wasn't fit for the aimed purpose. At the end, we managed to have a workabl/printable design.

Købte et skilt, umiddelbart fint, men efter nogle måneder virkede det ikke. Skrev til Dope Neons, de holdt mig hen med tom snak, og da min tålmodighed slap op efter flere måneder, bad jeg om et nyt skilt eller pengene tilbage. De afviste min reklamation, så der er altså ingen reklamationsret eller garanti fra dette firma!
