Bought Daiken doors and the laminate is peeling off from top and bottom . A plastic mop handle put a hole in another one AND YOU CAN SEE THE CHIP BOARD. The rep tried to blame us for the poor quality of the doors . Yes we took more than 3mm from bottom but none from the top and still peeling off. We were told by the rep they are advertised as honey comb on the iside but there is no reference to honeycomb on their site or any website . False advertising and selling infeerior products at premium prices .AVOID AVOID AVOID

Ordered double doors from a supplier. Doors came with dirt inside the glass of one if the doors. Suppliers then fitted two different coloured doors and after fitting a small crack appeared in the glass in one of the doors. Doras then came out to inspect and said they would arrange with the supplier to replace the door. Months have gone by. I ring the suppler from time to time but they have now said that Doras won't replace the door. I think these are just poor quality doors.

Bought one of their doors recently. Lots of wood that had splits due to knots (should have been binned). I see that marked 80x32 now means 80x31.5 in Doras sizes. Sizable gaps either side. Extra lengths on either sides needed to be sawed off. Huge buckle in door when hung. Cheap, but not cheerful

Ordered the door about 5 months ago. They said it would be ready to collect in about 2-3 weeks. Every time i contacted them they made an excuse and pushed back the waiting period. Then when the door finally came we went to collect it and he tried to charge us an extra €75 I think it was, because the door had gone up in price. The door went up in price because he took so long to deliver. He insisted on the extra payment but I refused. Then I finally walked away with my door for the original price. The audacity to try charge more after we had paid for the door at the very beginning and was not our fault the door had gone up in price. We had already paid and agreed on the set price.
