Dormio Resorts & Hotels - Obertraun Opiniões 

I like this place and accommodation, except for 3 things, first day the oven's light cant close, i give the call , the man think i dont know how to use it untill i insist he come here, then he foud its broke, and second day the exit's light above the door suddent up, light up all night drive me can't sleep well , i give the call, they just tell me take towel to cover it, and third, resorts offer the washer, but need use the coin to make it work, the reception do not change coin to me and there was no coin exchange machine, its force me to bag restaurant change coin to me with their very very very very very UNWILLING, otherwise i really like here.

Showers are not clean and really need to be renewed, just like other areas in the house. It should not be called a luxury resort. The price is also too high for what you get.

The surrounding and park is very nice, but the kids club was also not as expected. Very few participants, no Dutch speaking hosts although the few participants were usually speaking Dutch. No music in the pool disco etc.

We stayed in Wolfgangsee chalet. It has a very good atmosphere. Good layout, spacious living room with dining room and a well equipped kitchen. Free parking in front of the house. Private sauna in the chalet. 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets. Spectacular view from the terrace towards the mountains. Perfect accommodation to recharge your batteries.

The reception was very fair, unfortunately it was almost 8 o'clock by the time we arrived. We were given a map, based on which we easily found the house and the parking lot. The interior of the house, the small terrace, fully met the needs. The service in the restaurant was nice, the offer was first-class, as if we were in a hotel. The resort itself is a very nice place, the proximity of the lake is also useful, as we returned to the accommodation by boat in the afternoon. They were helpful with other information at the reception.

We enjoyed a spacious and comfortable cottage with all the facilities we needed.
Three teens had a lot of fun playing ping pong, riding bikes and using other outdoor facilities.
highly recommended!

The Dormio resort in Obertraun, a location close to Hallstatt is just great, we stayed in a spacious and well equipped lodge. Staff was always ready to help or give advice. It is also dog friendly. Our kooiker could join us to the restaurant, there is dog beach close by and lot of places to visit. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.

A beautifully located resort with a well mapped out group of chalet accommodation. Really good for families with small children, we thoroughly enjoyed our summer holidays with our kids.

Great location with beautiful view to the lake. The room was beautiful, the breakfast was tasty.

The staff was friendly, welcoming and the service was amazing. The hotel was clean and cozy and the breakfast was 10/10. As an excellent bonus the rooms had their own parking spots with the room number on them.

If you're looking for a place to enjoy and relax with your family (especially with the kids), this hotel is the best!! The hotel has nice facilities and many activities that your kid will definitely love it. The staff is very nice, friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant was also very nice (we had dinner at the hotel everyday when we stayed here). The location is situated in a very nice location (not far from Hallstatt) and beautiful nature and surrounding. We would definitely come here again and next time we will invite other friends with us too.

We really enjoyed our stay at Dormio Obertraun! The hotel is situated in a beautiful area right across the lake from Hallstatt. They had lots of activities for children and I could see that there were also kayak rentals. The rooms came with us fully equipped kitchen, which did come at the expense of the sleeping area space but it worked. The only downside is that there is no AC. We were there on a cool night so it didn’t matter and perhaps being on the lake it never gets too hot but I don’t know. The parking and breakfast were included which were two really nice perks! Overall, I highly recommend!

We happened into The area for rowing on Lake Hallstatt and was super happy with Dormio! Right from the drive into the area we were impressed then the welcoming staff was excellent and the food was also super. Just wished we could have stayed longer!

Velmi příjemné prostředí, pěkné ubytování. Výborné snídaně, všechno jídlo čerstvé, průběžně doplňované. Vemi příjemný personál.
Skvělé jak pro pobyt rodin s dětmi (hřiště, vstřícný personál), tak i pro starší turisty.
Dovolená v Resortu Obertraun splnila všechna naše očekávání.

The chalet is spacious and clean and with 3 rooms, it can comfortably fit a family of 5 or 6. It has a nice backyard with outdoor tables where you can do a barbeque. There is also a convenience store where you can get wine, sausages, bread, coffee, in case you forget something :) Generally, very good experience at the resort from check in to check out.

Tento resort navštěvujeme pravidelně od roku 2013, zpravidla 2x ročně, v zimě za lyžováním a v létě nebo pozdním létě za turistikou a cykloturistikou, ale navštívili jsme tento resort v uplynulých letech i ve všech ročních období. Vždy nás sem láká nádherná příroda, velké množství přírodních krás v regionu, kouzlo Hallstattu, příjemná atmosféra, milí lidé. Možnosti stravování v okolí taktéž. Prostě genius loci regionu. Ubytování skvělé, jenom zub času se už podepsal na vybavení chat, hlavně kuchyňských spotřebičích, chtělo by to výměnu, stejně jako za poslední rok došlo k výměně a průběžně modernizaci nábytku v jednotlivých chatách. Jo a ještě jedno mínus - poslední rok se těžko zajišťuje ubytování. Poměrně velká obsazenost resortu nutí rezervovat si termíny min. 2-3 měsíce dopředu.

Not clean. But the natural scenery and delicious breakfast are great. I would definitely stay here again if visiting Obertraun. I hope the cleaning gets better then...
