This place in Lisbon was one of the worst restaurant experiences we've ever had. We arrived at 11:30 PM, well before their official closing time at midnight (clearly stated on both Google and their front door). Despite this, they refused to serve us food without explanation.
When we politely asked for the Livro de Reclamações (the official complaints book, legally mandatory in Portugal), they refused to give it to us. Instead of helping, the employees laughed at us, made jokes, and showed zero professionalism. Their behavior was not only disrespectful, but completely inappropriate for anyone working in customer service.
It was clear that the staff had no training, no understanding of basic hospitality standards, and no respect for customers. They seemed more interested in mocking us than doing their jobs. Honestly, they were completely out of place in a restaurant environment.
We had to call the police — and only then, magically, the Livro de Reclamações appeared, and the staff suddenly changed their tone. But it was too late. The police themselves confirmed they were obliged by law to provide the book, meaning they knowingly broke the rules.
🚫 If you're looking for a decent place to eat in Lisbon, avoid this place at all costs. Just walk a few meters down the street and you'll find real professionals who actually appreciate their customers.
