Fantastic design service that saved me a LOT of time!

I've used DotYeti for several months and it's an amazing service. Saved our business a lot of time/messing around hiring designers + the quality of the designs were awesome.

And we finally got a brand identity put together with the help of their team (something we hadn't done for years!). Overall, awesome work.

DotYeti has been great to work with. From taking very specific instructions to giving free rein they are always communicative and meet deadlines. The account team is quick to respond to any questions.

They are located across the world from the US, so timelines are different, but if you adjust your workflow around that, it works just fine.

Dot yeti is super responsive to our demand for new projects. They are able to translate our management's view on visual and marketing very seamlessly. That's why we dont switch anymore. Competitively priced too.

This company uses illegial internet marketing. They don't know the EU-rules of how to contact people via mail. And therefore they are not profs! Keep away!

For myself I don't need to have load of images all the time, I like to focus on the quality! I tried to hire a graphic artist, but couldn't find anyone who translated my vision into engaging visuals. I like to use DotYeti, since I just pay one price per month and at any time I can ask for design and they just deliver it very fast. The reason I give 4 stars is that, in the beginning I was not feeling the style of one of the designers. However, DotYeti noticed this fast and provided me in a short timeframe with a new designer. Other than that 0 complains. Keep up the good work guys!

Creative and dedicated team. Willing to go the extra mile for their clients

Dotyeti makes it possible to pivot fast for small businesses like mine. Everything we do now need some form of design so we can present it online. With Dotyeti, it is easier to elevate and showcase our ideas with actual customized supplementing visuals. What's best is that my cost is fixed so I don't have to think about added expenditures for new presentations. My limit is my ideas and not the cost of presenting it.

Came across Dotyeti from trusted friends and i wished i would have known it earlier. Bootstrapping a startup is not easy and one of the worst feelings is that when you need a good design but don't have a quality designer on hand. Used to go to Fiverr and Upwork and many times received poor designs or unreliable designers, so going to try Dotyeti next!

We've been using DotYeti for the past 2 months after we had to let go of our in house designer due to payroll cuts. I'm very happy with how responsive the whole team is. I feel like i'm in control of the whole process and everything is seamless. We were using the basic plan but we are now upgrading to premium as we plan to funnel more work through this service.
I'm only giving the app 4 stars because there was a bug one day where they didn't get some of my feedback. They apologized and fixed it but it did mess up my process a bit.
