Poor delivery service

You get the message with a 2h time slot about the delivery. The courier dials you without any warning when he is downstairs. If at that very second you happen to miss that call (you are on another call, in the bathroom, anything) — that's it, your parcel is gone. Even if you call back at once (after 1 / 2/ 3 minutes) — the courier would have been already gone and would not pick up your call at all. The package will be redirected to another day or sent to another dpd pickup point. Happened to me at least 3 times, when I accidentally missed that call, though were sitting at home waiting for my parcel to be delivered.

Drausmīgs uzņēmums!!

Drausmīgs uzņēmums!!! Jau kuro reizi paka pakomātā tiek ievietota nevis tajā adresē. kura norādīta uz sūtījuma, bet tur, kur kurjers pats vēlas.

The package was delivered open

The package was delivered open! I'm disappointed because it was shipped well-sealed and wrapped in professional film. The package was delivered open, and you can clearly see from the video that a straight cut was made with a knife. The package was not damaged during shipping. Several items were missing! Congratulations!

Terrible service

This is the third time in the last two weeks that my parcels have been lost and returned to the sender without any explanation. This is appalling.

DPD has to be the worst courier…

DPD has to be the worst courier company. For the 3rd time they have delivered my parcel to the wrong address......Ocado, Waitrose, Evri all manage to deliver to me no problem. Absolutely sick to death of DPD now and now have to find another retailer that doesn't use them to buy my goods! Avoid !

I’m really disappointed with DPD…

I’m really disappointed with DPD service here in Latvia. First, I received an email saying they couldn’t deliver my parcel, even though I was home all day waiting for it. Then, they gave me the option to choose a pickup point, but the link didn’t work. I had to email them to request that the parcel be sent to my nearest locker, and they agreed—only for me to find out later that they left it on the other side of the city, over 26.6 km away from my home. Now, they’re trying to blame me for not providing my nearest pickup location, even though they’re a courier company, and already had my address, and said they’ll send it somewhere close. This is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. They won’t even admit their mistake, and they’re not responding about how they plan to resolve this.

Shouldn't be a courier I assume

Not a courier I assume. Courier just got lost during transit. With no info at all. Worst thing is after several months of sending many emails and filling form. I was finally told to take around 28 euro. I not only lost my driving license with this service but wasted several months also wasted alot of effort to find my rights or valuable results but dpd just don't care all at.

Es nosūtīju sūtījumu caur "lielisko" DPD, un, protams, biju „patīkami” pārsteigts, kad saņēmu sūtījumu un atklāju, ka VISS ir bojāts! Aploksne bija saplēsta, folija saplēsta, kartons saplēsts, pat papīra dokumenti bija saplēsti — viss bija gabalos! Un tas viss par 260 eiro! Acīmredzot kurjers "atbildīgi" iemeta to pastkastē, pārkāpjot visus noteikumus par citu mantu apstrādi.

Tiklīdz to pamanīju, es nekavējoties iesniedzu sūdzību, un, kā jau bija gaidāms, pēc SEŠIEM MĒNEŠIEM vēl neesmu saņēmis ne centa kompensācijas. Atbalsta dienests ir atsevišķs „šausmu” stāsts. Viņi vai nu vispār neatbild, vai arī velk laiku, cik vien iespējams. Viņi raksta ar kavēšanos, katru reizi nosūta uz citu nodaļu, kas, protams, ir „nekompetenta”, vai vienkārši atbild ar šabloniskām frāzēm: „Lēmums vēl nav pieņemts.” Konkrētību? Aizmirstiet! Katru reizi viņi izdomā jaunu iemeslu, lai liktu man atkal gaidīt. Un tas notiek jau sešus mēnešus ar katru jaunu sūdzību!

DPD, jums ir absolūti nekompetents un necienīgs atbalsta dienests, un jūsu kurjeru dienests ir tikpat nevīžīgs ar cilvēku īpašumu! Bojāt citu mantas un izlikties, ka nekas nav noticis — tas ir jūsu jaunais profesionalitātes standarts? Mēneši gaidīšanas — un viss par velti. Paldies par jūsu "kvalitāti"!

Neizmantojiet DPD — jūs zaudēsiet nervus, naudu un būsiet pilnībā vīlušies!

No respect for the customers

I was requested delivery for today and I was waiting all the day long for my order. In the afternoon I have found in tracking details the fact, that the delivery is changed for the next day. Nobody asked me before, nobody was sorry when I called the "help center". The assistant lied to me by phone about my decision to change delivery date. My advise - find any alternative delivery, if you need it in Baltic states.

Lack of communication, lazy workers.

I had to contact them myself to find out that my delivery was unsuccessful. Their reason was that the delivery address was incorrect yet in the app it shows accurate delivery location of the address. Tried alternate delivery by post box at their designated locations, have yet to receive it... Never using them as delivery option ever again.

Lazy drivers and poor service

My driver is so lazy even though my property has a lift he doesn’t even attempt to deliver. You complain to DPD and clearly they’re not doing anything because this is the second time he’s done it the first time I was heavily pregnant and instead of buzzing The buzzer he left it with the nearest neighbor to the car park on the ground floor and he has now done it again! This time I now have a newborn and have to drag her up and down looking for my parcel in this heat it’s getting beyond annoying now especially as I’m in I’ve had enough

Not home at day of delivery

Not home at day of delivery, schedule new day over the phone with courier. They don't deliver on the schedule day, and on the tracking, they put in random days of attempted delivery, and in the end puts it as delivered, When it is not.

16 days in Latvia but still no delivery

My parcel has been in Latvia for 16 days. DPD had promised to deliver 4 times with no luck. Customer service is very slow and makes promises that are bot keept. We have always been home but they still claim that they are unable to deliver. Untrustworthy company. Poor service. Can not be reccomended.
