Very good experience with DPD thank you

I live in a building with 30 flats, but the driver continues to leave my parcel outside the main door in the ground floor for it to be stolen by the general public.

Please ask the drivers to enter the building by calling flat 27 for access.

Parcel delivered with care and the delivery personal was very friendly.

The team were so helpful. They brought the sofa up to the third floor unboxed it and moved a sofa already in situ to another room to make way for the new purchase. All done with a smile too! Thank you so much for going the extra mile and being so lovely!

U have 6 hour delivery time slots for paid deliveries all other shipping companies are specific hour not 6 hours and they are cheaper

Seems companies have started using DPD instead of Evri. I'm not a fan. Every time I have a shipment coming through DPD there is ALWAYS a problem. ALWAYS !!
I'm now awaiting another parcel. Easily my tenth. (It's not me who picks the courier unfortunately because if it was up to me I would NOT pick DPD)
And so far it's 3 days late when on next day delivery. Like I say. This isn't the 1st 2nd or 3rd time this has happened it's an every time occurrence.

I would not send by this courier.

The delivery driver did deliver to our back door as requested. They delivered on time however, it was a food delivery and all the food was smashed and spoilt as a result

Drivers not reading information about safety places, not using doorbell, she just touched door ,for this reason I don’t received my parcel on time and I pay for this. Day before I get email that driver we be about 12, she was after 7am! Another driver same thing, not used doorbell, not used safety place, it’s look like your drivers , not care about this! At last yes a get my parcel!
