Despite the pandamic, my print was delivered in a timely manner. It is also much vibrant than online. I love it!

Awful, blurry product. Demanded a refund and they just sent me the same copy of the crappy poster I ordered even after I told them I didn't want a replacement. Left feedback on their fb site and they deleted it and banned me from posting. There is no customer service. It's all automated. Wasted time and money.

Dprintes is a terrible company with the worst customer service. I ordered a poster from Dprintes and they immediately processed my order without sending me a summary of my order where companies list taxes, delivery charges and return policy. When I did receive summary later in the day I saw that Dprintes added another poster to my order without my permission. I tried to call the company to tell them of their error but no one answers the phone, nor is there any way to leave a message. Order summary lists no way to contact them by email and if you try to contact them through the email they sent of your order, it bounces back as does the email they send you saying you can add to the order. When they finally return your message they say you can only get a refund within two hours of order but they don’t even send you a copy of your order to see that they added an additional item to your order without your permission until several hours after you made the order Avoid this disreputable company!
I wish I never had anything to do with them . I sent both items back to them unopened but they refuse to return my money.

The posters are just as amazing in person as they were on the website. It takes about 2 weeks to ship, but the finished product is well worth the wait.

Love my new posters!! I bought a bicycle one at first, I liked it so much I ordered 2 more posters to complete the Triathlon theme. I have a swim, bike and run posters now. All my triathlon buddies likes the added touch to our TRI area training.

Extremely poor quality. First print damaged and blurry. Impossible to get a refund. Sent me another when I complained but still blurry and poor quality. Poor quality, extremely poor customer service.

Alt var forkert. Så KØB IKKE hos dprintes. Bestilte to plakater, fik en for to plakaters pris!!!??? Den ene af de to plakater, jeg bestilte, skulle være med en kat på rød baggrund, den anden skulle være med en kage på grøn baggrund. Fik en kat på grøn baggrund!!?? Plakat kunne jeg selv udprinte pænere på egen printer. Snyd og humbug!

Great color and quality. Shipped on schedule in terrific package. Our horse loving Grandgirl just loved it for her bedroom. Unique gift!

Have only received one print after a month (I ordered 3). Cant get thru on their website because it keeps telling me that my email is incorrect or my order number is in the wrong format. Don't waste your money - the quality of the one print I did receive is extremely poor. £95 down the drain!!
