One day I played on DraftKings. They locked my account and said I was cheating. They said I was making bets from two different locations, which did not happen .. bets that I did not make. I let it go once, but when they did it again; I sent an email to customer service threatening to turn them into the West Virginia gaming commission. They unlocked my account and gave my money back so I withdrew it and I've never been to DraftKings since & never again - that was all the money I had to play that week, so of course I couldn't make any bets & then I had to spend time writing an email and answering their dumb questions where they accused me of being a cheater & of course getting their ridiculous messages where they tell me how they're going to suspend me permanently if I cheat again instead of apologizing and saying that they were wrong and they will make it right with me. I deleted my account with them.

Literally disgusted that "Draftking reports" muff up TV programming... the commercials SUCK, lemme be absolutely CLEAR on that. Any clearer, it'd be a window. Absolutely tired of these gambling advertisements on rigged online gambling. Please, just stop already. I haven't used this nor Fanduel, and I NEVER WILL because the commercials and rigged games are enough to annoy anyone who has a brain and common sense. Just quit already and take Fanduel with Draftkings and flush the toilet for Christ's sake!!!!!!

Draft kings is garbage. They let you deposit thousands, then don’t let you withdraw your money without sending them all kinds of personal info and pics of yourself, putting you through horrible experience. Why didn’t you need that to take the money five minutes ago? Blackjack is rigged. You change your bet and you see the cards change. Then they can pull winners on you like crazy and drain out thousands every five minutes. They call it a random number generator, but there is nothing random about it. You see the card pause a little and put down exactly what they need hand after hand. They’ve made it too easy to just suck the money out of your bank account. They need to be investigated and sued. People should get their money back.

Awful. Do NOT use this app.
It constantly changes the rules on you in ways to separate you from your money.
One particularly egregious example is that it disables cash outs without warning - and worse without acknowledging that it has done so.

Total scam. Don't throw away your money.

When my wife informed me that Pick6 was live in FL, I was excited.

The problem came after I won on Pick6 on January 18th. Mysteriously, my account was restricted for suspicious activity. I have provided more documentation that any entity would ever need to verify who I am, and yet I have to wait until mid-February to provide my full and complete banking statement, which in itself seems to be an invasion of privacy. I have verified my bank, my debit card, the transaction in which I made my small $5 deposit, I even got my bank to make a PDF document of the transaction. I have offered to use my debit card, my bank account, or to simply mail me a check. There is ZERO chance that Draftkings cannot confirm my identity, or my personal banking information. ZERO. The requests from Draftkings are meant as nothing more than a delay, or to try to get me to slip up and make an incriminating statement they can use to restrict my account or rightful winnings even further, using the "Responsible Gambling" ploy. I filed a complaint with the Florida Gaming Control Commission, as well as the BBB. Next, I plan to reach out to the Florida or Mass Attorney General's office.

All I want is my rightful winnings, so I can permanently close this account and NEVER do business with an entity this slimy again.

Umm 1 I hardly used the app, but I logged in this morning like I always do to complete the free contest, well it said my account was locked? lol I literally like don’t even bet really, rarely, so I literally have 0 clue what I did. I’ve had the app for years. Make it make sense lol

I have been betting on DraftKings Casino and sports book 4 years and out of those four years. I think I’ve won maybe 100 bucks. I’ve spent a couple thousand through that period this site just sucks it slowly just takes your money. There is no winning. There is no oh I got a chance of winning a big. You don’t have a chance to win big you are wasting your money. They need to take this site like a few others down and something needs to be done about these billion dollar companies that just keep taking our money.

I won 50 dollars on a bonus bet I placed a live bet at -10000 just to win the 50 dollars,however instead of rewarding me with 50 dollars and 50 cents I was only credited with 50 cents and when I questioned why I was only given 50 cents they told me After review, the reason why you received 0.50 was because the $50 was a bonus bet not physical cash. I have been a loyal customer for years who frequently uses DraftKings so this was pretty upsetting especially since they would end up easily getting the money back and then some but chose to loose a customer instead

Absolutely ridiculous I won a free 1k bonus bet only to lose to a my guy I bet got hurt right away never returned and I should have quilfied for early exit but no they screwed me I won't bet another penny at draft scammers

I had a bet on an NFL game. Decided to cash out during overtime of came for a profit of $31. I hit the cash out button, then hit confirm. Site stated would take couple minutes. Site then stated can't confirm location. I hit refresh several times
No settings have changed on my phone. My location was still on. Finally after a half hour, and game already being over. I turned location off and back on again. Everything disappeared like I never hit cash out. Was able to bet before on this site, don't know what happened this time
I find it very odd, and convenient that Site can't verify location when I'm about ready to make money off them. Customer service not easy to navigate. Bad business.

Drafting online casino completely scam shouldn’t even be legal

I always use gift cards. I never withdraw from my normal bank account. It keeps my account separate. Draftkings is claiming that I deposited $80 and the bank took it back. But they let me play on the $80, they are now holding A $100 of my money hostage in their account and will not let me play. I cannot withdraw and they want another $80, but they will not draw from my account. Which is why I've always used gift cards? I have my bank statements proving That I never withdrew money from my account into their sight. And I cannot backtrack through their site through transactions, to prove that I never gambled that $80. I have plenty of money, and I have no problems with bet MGM. There has been no customer support at all.No life person and I would not recommend this sight to anybody

After numerous attempts I could not process a straight forward interac withdrawal. So much time wasted and still no success. Their chat robot was useless and just kept me in an ongoing loop. Once I get my funds withdrawn, I’m going to close my account.

Draft Kingz outright are cheating and stealing our money. Draft Kingz is Deliberately delaying loading "my bets" causing no way of taking cashout feature during live sports betting. Also, in addition as I have video evidence, Draft kingz has a confirmation and reduces the confirmation immediately giving the customer less amount then confirming

Draftkings sucks. They don't appreciate their users, especially small-time players.
Annually change their Crown rewards requirements to edge out players, unless they place LARGE funds on contests.

I would leave a zero review for DraftKings because they are a scam… Will enjoy in DraftKings for the first time they did give me 12 $25 increments but when I referred a customer to them when they told me they would give a $200 referral cash bonus it never happened They’re a big company they lie they’re scam.
