Got ripped off and there comfortable with it no refund or courtesy at all
Sent money talked so someone for a while they gave me a tracking number and when I researched the shipping company is a spam front for people who do this dumb sh## and it gives you a tracking number but has no.other info but your adress then they said oh it got delivered to the wrong adress after 5 days when I payed for overnight

SCAM- Dragon Pharma Labs is a SCAM!
The worse company I every bought from.
I purchased few things exactly 38 days ago, I did receive nothing! I was in contact with their support, by the way they have only one support and she is called Cathy. She barely replies my mensg and when she does reply she tells me the same story: “your package is being hold by An Post”, and when you check the tracking number is shows that is in London Heatrow and funny thing is that I live in Ireland and not in England. Anyway she says it’s here and I need to contact them. So I did contact the An Post and what they told me, SURPRISE! They told me that my post is in England, as shows the tracking number. Anyway Cathys said they won’t give my money back or send another package. Resume… they did not give me my package, they don’t know where is my package and they will not give my money back!!! The worse company, don’t buy, never, even if a friend tell you that the company is trustable, no way!!!!! Never! NEVER! They are SCAM!

Placed an order on May 2021, never received the items.
This site has one of the worst customer services I have ever seen, I don't recommend using this site, they don't know where the items are, and ignore all the requests I sent to have the money returned to my account.
Order was requested to be delivered to Luanda Angola and until today have not received any of the items.
