Drain Doctor - Aberdeen & Inverness Opiniões

Having used Drain Doctor North Scotland previously we knew who to go to with for another issue as we now how trustworthy and friendly they are and what a great job they do.

Sam came out to look at quite a bad blockage affecting our property. The whole drain was solid.

He managed to clear it and jet clear then put down a camera to see what had caused such a major blockage and showed us on the screen whilst using the camera in the drains.

Tree/bush roots and misaligned joints were the issue in 17m of drain.

Sam cut off the tree roots and advised that it is likely the issue will occur again in the future and showed us a solution with lining the existing drains without needing to dig them up and will provide us with a quote.

Sam and Derek are so friendly and you know you can trust them. They turn up when they say they will, do a great job and do not overcharge,

Highly recommended.

Great professional service

Great job nice guy

Excellent service. Easy to arrange and prompt response and solution. Would happily use again and would recommend to others.

Fantastic service from Derek at Drain Doctor. Called to get appointment next day which I got. Derek arrived on time and sorted out by blocked pipe. Noticed at the time we also had another problem which would result in problems later. Derek was able to fix.
What I also liked about the service I was explained to what was happening, plus the added bonus of being able to see through the camera what had been done.
Would I recommend, 100%

I wholeheartedly recommend Drain Doctor - North Scotland to anyone requiring drainage services. Their expertise, reliability, and dedication to excellence make them a standout in their field. I would not hesitate to engage their services again.

Easy to use Web site good communication friendly service

Derek was a very pleasant man who provided a fast and professional service. He explained our issue clearly and dealt with it.

Derek the engineer did a brilliant job and Shona from the office was so understanding as well! Can’t recommend them highly enough, thank you so much both ☺️

Excellent communication from both Shona & Derek with works completed promptly and efficiently.

Very helpful, very patient and polite. We have had many issues with our septic tank and they have been excellent! Thank you

Sam arrived exactly when he said he would to clear my blocked drain. Unfortunately there was no inspection point visible so when he cut a hole in the main stack inside the house and reached the blockage it wouldn’t clear. Plan B meant returning the next day with Derek and equipment to trace exact location of the camera. Found a buried inspection chamber and using a water jet cleared the pipe. fantastic result! Both Sam and Derek worked like trojans and were punctual and polite. Great team, great company.

The title says it all really. My issue wasn't really an emergency but they still managed to schedule a visit the next day and Sam, the technician responding contacted me to let me know when he would arrive. Duly turned up at the appointed hour, dealt with the problem very efficiently and was extremely pleasant to talk to and informative about the process. What more can you ask?

Derek was great! He couldn’t haven’t done more to help and did a great job. No complaints!

Quick response, pleasant and experienced tradesman. Only negative is think there should be a lower minimum price. Done the job though.
