Drain Doctor - Ashford Opiniões

Kyle was great. They arrived within 30 mins of calling in to book. Clear explanations of what they were checking, how to clear the problem and the cost. Reasonable price and around what I expected. Would certainly use again.

Guys that carried out the survey were professional and friendly and answered all my questions. Overall a quick and hassle free experience. Would recommend without hesitation. Thankyou.

Quick response, polite & professional service. Keeon cleared blockage in upstairs toilet pipework, which was badly blocked near the stack, 1Metre + into pipe. Many thanks.

Excellent informative service especially being able to see the clear drain via the camera.

Drain Doctor - Kyle - was absolutely brilliant. Explained everything that was needed for a difficult job, and gave me the decision to make for the final check on the problem. I could not fault him and the service offered.

I've used Drain Doctor before when I was living at my mum's house, and I'm happy I went back to them this time. They sorted the blockage out in under an hour. I live in a third-story flat now. The member of staff dealing with it had the same manner as the last person I had: very professional, in a friendly and kind way, and never patronising or condescending. They take their work seriously. The drain from the first place is still clear after two years by the way, and I believe that this one will be the same. Obviously I wish it was cheaper, but I've never had to have them back.

Awful service - be wary!
My mother hired the service and they made matters worse. When I called the head of the company to complain he was aggressive

The engineer was superb. Nothing phased him, he bent over backwards, stayed until everything was sorted, he literally could not have done anymore. he needs a huge commendation and a bonus - which i would be happy to pay him! Thank you so much.

Superb! Arrived as promised. Good friendly advice. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service received and outstanding customer service.

We had an outside tap fitted by Adrian . He was very good knew what he was doing and explained everything . He also turned up when he said he would.
