Drain Doctor - Birmingham & Worcestershire Opiniões

Fantastic service from Drain Doctor. Phone call received within 20mins of online enquiry being placed (not expected for a ‘non-emergency’ request submitted on a Sunday evening) and appointment booked for following morning. Excellent service from Brad - explained everything along the way and sorted out much more of a blockage than was expected! Would highly recommend and use again!

A really helpful, knowledgeable and friendly engineer who looked to provide solutions to the issue at hand

From the contact with Mike at the office to Mark the technician the customer service was outstanding. Great job clearing the blockage and great advice off Mark for the future.

Job well done. Thank you Mark. A proper grafter and you can’t say that often these days.

Arrived on time, explained every thing well. Very helpful with advice.

Efficient prompt service. Highly recommend them.

Drain Doctor sorted out a massive problem with our drains and bathroom plumbing that another company had caused. They were available almost immediately, sorted out the problem, left everything as they found it, explained everything clearly, were friendly throughout and communicated efficiently by email. Brilliant, professional service.

Really helpful from the first phone call. The quote was given upfront, so there were no hidden charges.

The engineer that came around was really friendly and knowledgeable. They did a thorough job and cleaned up after themselves.

Swift appointment and diagnosed the problem and gave sound advice.

At 7.30 this morning we had a blocked drain with water backing up in the shower room and utility. By 10.00 am we didn't. Very impressive. Called Drain Doctor, spoke to Helen who was extremely helpful and organised an initial call out for us - no call out fee. She kindly followed this up a while later to advise that Simon would be with us shortly. The problem was quickly sourced with a camera and the drain blockage was cleared. Simon was friendly, helpful and informed us of what he would need to do and the cost. He then completed the job efficiently. Thank you.

Drain Doctor contacted me almost immediately and had an engineer at my house within two hours. Blockage was resolved quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend.

Efficiently and economically.

After having 3 different companies come to do a job of finding and clearing a major blockage to which none of them could do or didn't want to do. We decided to try Drain Doctor. The lady who we spoke to told us someone will be with us in the afternoon. But to our surprise the phone rang and they said the driver was on his way. The driver Mark James was very pleasant looked around what was a problem with the other companies. Told us it would be sorted within a hour.
50 mins later we was all sorted.
Thanks Mark James. And Drain Doctor.
