Drain Doctor - Cardiff Opiniões

I called on Friday morning and spoke to Lewis Greenhill who was very accommodating; he arranged a call out for Monday morning. Nathan arrived, having called 25 minutes prior, which I thought was a nice touch. He worked tirelessly (on a hot day) and sorted out my problem with the drain. Everything was explained to me as he worked his way through the job, and i felt relieved that everything was sorted. I'd highly recommend The Drain Doctor.

Absolutely fantastic service, speed, quality and friendliness.
Nathan, the engineer was brilliant, offered loads of help and incite and went above and beyond to help. I very rarely leave feedback but this service needed it.

Called and spoke to Lewis, told him the problem and made appointment for today, Andrew called arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem then called Nathan, and within 30 minutes the problem was solved, cannot recommend these absolute stars enough, thank you, thank you, thank you for the service and the very reasonable price for work done .

Big shout out to Dennis , real friendly guy and fixed my issue in no time. Cant recommend enough !! 5 stars

When faced with a serious issue not of our making the engineer Denis arrived, Quickly identified the problem and worked tirelessly and resolved the situation. He did not stop for over three hours. He was professional, polite, clean and efficient in difficult circumstances. He kept us updated on cost and the processes. A first class response and problem solved. I would have no reservation in wholeheartedly recommending Drain Doctor and their engineer, well worth the cost.

Dinis was great - gave me sound advice on stopping future blockages as well as showing me how clear the drains were from my dad’s annexe to the main pump! Really pleased with the service i received

Ryan came round today to look at and fix our blocked toilet. I had tried everything. Ryan was so friendly and professional. Unblocked it in about 5 minutes after giving us several options. A true asset to the company, would recommend his service to everyone.
He saved me hundreds of pounds.

We had Ryan visit us recently to look at an issue with our drains. He was incredibly professional and thorough in diagnosing the problem. What stood out most was his honesty - he suggested an alternative solution that saved us a significant amount of money, even though it meant we didn’t proceed with his services at the time. This level of integrity is rare and truly appreciated. Highly recommend this company for their knowledgeable, efficient and trustworthy staff!

Deni called today and after a week with no toilet fixed the blockage. Fantastic service. Really professional and kind. Made it all seem very straightforward after 2 previous companies had failed. Superb!!

I was impressed with how fast the company were able to get someone out to help me. When Ryan arrived he was really friendly and put me at ease. He fixed the problem quickly and gave me advice about how to prevent that type of problem in the future.

Can not recommend these guys enough, especially Ryan, called out of hours and was here with in an hour, he’d left his Indian takeaway to get here, when he got here he went 100% above and beyond, I didn’t think the problem could be sorted but Ryan was not giving up, I told him many times after hours not to worry, he kept going and was not giving up no matter how many times I told him to, he did things 99% of people wouldn’t even consider, absolutely top grafter, one of the best. Completed an almost impossible job with a smile on his face and was just happy to of helped, Ryan mate your a one off and any company would be very lucky to have you.

Excellent service, couldn't be faulted. Ryan, the engineer, was very professional, diagnosed the problem which wasn't straightforward, and managed to clear the blockage with minimum fuss and mess. Highly recommended!

The engineer, Ryan was brilliant. Very friendly and took the time to explain everything. I've had various drain companies out before, none of which solved my issue but he did. Would recommend to anyone. Great work.

What excellent service by Ryan Rees this evening. Rang on his way to confirm that he’d be on time. Arrived and was extremely polite and professional. Had a thorough look and explained our options. Answered all our questions honestly.

Denny sorted out my issue quickly and did a great job. He came for a free call out and quote on 01/05 and quickly identified the issue. We agreed he would return on 08/05 to complete the work.

Denny arrived promptly on the 08/05 and got to work quickly. He was friendly and funny. Within 90 mins the job was complete and I was very happy with a fair price for the work carried out.
