Drain Doctor - Chester & North Wales Opiniões

Excellent service, not messing about or being let down
Friendly service

Great technician- he explained the situation and status as he went along. He was reassuring and had a great sense of humour!!

Having work done on your drains is never something to look forward to but Mark and his co worker were extremely pleasant and carried out the work efficiently and left hardly any mess. I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

Over the years we’ve used quite a few drain companies, they have mostly been dodgy.

Drain Dr are not like the others, they don’t overcharge, the office staff are lovely and super helpful and the guys who come to site can’t do enough to help.

Jamie, a drain doctor engineer, came out to our property, very promptly. Communication was fantastic. He assessed the situation and called another engineer to gain a second opinion. Then gave some knowledgeable advice, which required us to ring the water company. When offered payment for the visit, he declined and informed if we needed anything else, to contact.
Brilliant company, friendly knowledgeable. Would use again

Professional, quick, sorted the problem and offered various solutions. Very friendly and helpful with providing further information. The Mold office went the extra mile to help me with a few extra things that. Thank you Emma!

The service was very good by the engineer

Mark was friendly and helpful. He found the source of the problem and fixed it efficiently and effectively. Thank you for the excellent service.

Absolutely "First Class" service, I would highly recommend them!

Mark was very helpful, quick and effective. Sorted the current problem and gave advise on how to fix the whole problem!

Brilliant experience and service both times they can out for clearance and repair. Would definitely recommend.

Jamie and Colin recently carried out work on our bungalow drains.
They were both extremely friendly and clearly explained everything that were doing.
They were professional and tidy.
I would highly recommend them for any drainage survey assessment and any work that you may subsequently need.

Used Drain Doctor twice this week for different renal properties. Quick response to issue. Clear explanation of issue and issue resolved quickly. Mark attended both times - communication excellent and made the process easy as a landlord- thank you.

Very efficient, drain unblocked and everything back in its place within an hour. Good communications too, all staff were very helpful and polite. Highly recommended.

Booked an appointment. Came out on time this morning. Talked through procedure and then started work. Was able to release/unblock area. Very tidy and professional. Would highly recommend.

Spot on.
Used Drain Doctor Flint many times in the past, whilst in my previous job, so had no hesitation to call them today to attend and clear a blocked drain at my Mums property.
Friendly & professional service from the outset - both on the phone and by the technician.
Thank you!

The men that came certainly knew their suff. Very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Couldn't fault them. Highly recommended!

From booking in and having job viewed and then sorted, everything went very well.
