Drain Doctor - East Anglia Opiniões

A really good service. Great communication from start to finish.
Paul explained the costs involved and got the job done and left the area very tidy and clean after. Thank you!

I called drain doctor to inspect and clean my drains at my property. They were professional, polite and reasonably priced. The engineer showed me everything he had done, with before and after photos and also live camera images. He also gave me some great advice. Excellent.

The young man who came was excellent in every respect . However ….. you are even more expensive than Dynorod …. £200 for half an hour is outrageously expensive in my opinion!

Engineer was very thorough in order to find problem. Laid out all the options and prices clearly. He was then very skilled in removing the complicated blockage.

Excellent job , cleared pipes within one hour
Cost was £300 for job , bit expensive , but turned up as per appt and excellent engineer who provided quote for job
Would use again in emergency, but go locally for lower cost job

Engineer was thorough, polite and sorted the issue.

Colin came to investigate my blocked drains as scheduled, He very quickly identified that the problem was not on my property but further along the street and therefore not my responsibility. Unfortunately my drain is still blocked but on Colin's advise I have reported to Anglian Water and am hopeful it will be resolved soon!

Made contact by message through the website contact form.
A reply was very fast and the appointment made for the next morning.

On the day, operator Kevin made contact by phone before the due time of arrival to advise of traffic delays on a major route, but his arrival at my home was only delayed only slightly by around 15 minutes.

The work to unblock my sewer and the basic charges were explained beforehand and were then carried out swifty and and very efficiently.

Measures were taken before leaving to reduce any residual contamination of the small affected area and everything was left neat and tidy. I was also given the opportunity to view the camera output during the final inspection.

Card payment for the work was fast and easy too.

In all, a faultless customer service experience from my point of view.

Quick response, well priced and excellent, knowledgeable staff whose efforts saved me the price of 2 new pumps.

From the first phone call to completion of the job everyone could not of been more helpful . Fantastic professional service. Highly recommend

Not sent it yet.

Absolutely brilliant service from the technician from Drain Dr East Anglia whom attended our home this morning 5th Jan

Casey did a great job.

We would like to think he will get the feedback from this review.

With what seemed to be a simple blocked wc he went above and beyond to identify the problem. When even that proved difficult, he exhausted all options from internal to external factors and showed a rarely seen resilience and determination to do whatever he could to resolve the problem. The technician is a credit to himself and he should be proud of his approach, tenacity and professionalism.

All we can say is, well done, keep it up and you will continue to do brilliantly.

We cannot thank you enough.

All staff I spoke with were very friendly and helpful - they explained the call-out and payment processes with no pressure to make a booking.

The engineer provided a clear explanation of the problem and reassurance that it was fixable.

The charges are reasonable, and payment is taken over the phone.

We will use Drain Doctor again if we have problems.

Easy to organise visit. Operative was very friendly efficient and helpful.

The operator arrived on time, was pleasant to talk to and carried out the task of unblocking the drain quickly. He then put a camera down the drain to identify any further work that may be required, which Anglian Water will now do. A very professional job all round.

Very efficient & the chap who attended couldn’t have been any more accommodating.
10/10

Called Drain Doctor day after Boxing Day, call answered straight away. Appointment made for following day afternoon. He (Jordan) arrived earlier than expected, he treated our drain blockage quickly and professionally. He kept me informed as to what he was doing. Would highly recommend. Pleasant and friendly help.

Tom was professional, prompt, courteous and friendly. He also unblocked the toilet drain in good time.

Drain Drs arrived exactly when they said they would. Steve, who arrived to do the job, was exceptionally efficient. He did a marvelous job and left the effected area very clean. I am most impressed with the professional way he carried out the difficult job he had to do. Thankyou Steve and Drain Drs.
